PROS: It easy to migrate from oder systems to Yetiforce. Good customer support All necessary modules, widgets and features are already in the system for free, the developers also provide free help. The system is quite easy to manage and it’s very user friendly when properly configured. One of the factors that made us choose YetiForce is their beneficial license. The app is fast, secure, looks good and works well.
CONS: I don't like to pay :) It is Open Source, so you can lower all the cost. Also, good customer support and contact.

PROS: Very customizable. Can use it for any number of account types. Extremely cost-efficient. Their customer service is fast and very helpful.
CONS: The product takes some getting used to. There is no manuals, so there is some trial and error.

PROS: One of the best solution out there, also very friendly staff, has all option plus you can do Api integration, has a nice notification system , a in house chat also, and anything you can imagine, taxes , pdfs , multi currencies, all type of invoices, and transport notes, basically you can integrate everything in it , a accountant software, some online stores, plus databases from social networks, and works as a charm too, support very fast, really guys try it , you won't regret :) have fun learning it as i do
CONS: Nothing, all good, i learn mostly all software in less than 24 h

The generation of pdf documents is a very powerful and useful tool.
Lack of user and administrative documentation, the actual one is incipient, outdated and incomplete. That leads to a hard learning path. Additionally, the in-house team has to write the documentation for the end users.
The Spanish translation is incomplete, but I'm actively collaborating on crowdin to review and finish it.

On our trial, the customers the clients who are part of the test group, tells that communication and interaction are "better and faster" than before.
It is web based and cover all issues about business. most if not all of us like in this customer management system. Basically it is free and this makes it the best tool in terms of competition. It has a very good display and is a web. I can put as many users as I want and the most important is a stable system.I can very easily define user rights and I can define what to see, which records, and of course, what men. I think it is the best crm of those I have worked on and the most important thing is free.
i haven't support on Greek. it needs more sms provider, it needs easier connect to social.

This CRM is as simple or complex as you want it. So far I have yet to find a complicated task that it could not automate.
You need a good bit of IT knowledge to run this CRM on your own. Other than that, there is not much to dislike.
