What do you like best about Yesware?This product which is much more than your Customer Relationship Management (CRM) solution it is set up to handled, journey management campaign for prospects, existing customers and yes those that churn and fall of the cliff. It has it all except............This is CRM is intuitive and costs for for free to cost effective bundles dependant upon the features that you need. You purchase leads, create and run campaigns with all or tag passed leads of your choice. So it integrates with Office and Zoom for scheduling, updates prospect and customer contacts details with their amazing AI enrich feature, email supports code to build amazing templates or simple utilise their out-of-the-box suggestions there is so much more and the dashboards not only looks good but its accurate and intuitive too highlighting failed email addressesWhat do you dislike about Yesware?The importing of contacts. What do you like best about Yesware?- email tracking (to see if a prospect has opened your email ) for your daily outbound emails What do you dislike about Yesware?- reporting Recommendations to others considering Yesware?- canned replies / templates that are really handy when sending out sales candenses What problems is Yesware solving and how is that benefiting you?- decent reporting to get the big picture of what's working.

I Really Enjoy Yesware...

What do you like best about Yesware?I get to see WHEN my potential clients open their email.What do you dislike about Yesware?Sometimes I will get a batch of opens and that could mean that the client opened that email, but maybe not specifically what I sent.What problems is Yesware solving and how is that benefiting you?The only problem, which isn't necessarily a problem is Yesware informs me that my client may have viewed the email I sent them.

What do you like best about Yesware?

What do you like best about Yesware?

Honestly, just the fact that it works and does what it says it does.

What do you dislike about Yesware?

On occasion it will mark the location of an opened email erroneously, don't know if there's a fix for that or if we're at the mercy of servers not passing the feedback signal through to the actual user destination

Knowing how and when to email someone depending on how they've engaged with my reach out

Helps me see who opened my emails and keep track on how many times they opened it.

Navigating through my templates is a pain because I have so many. Needs to make finding templates faster/better
