XBInsight allowed perspective outside play situations.
What do you like best about XBInsight?
What I enjoy most about XBInsight sessions, veteran officials (20+) seem to enjoy the experience the most. Which helps the younger folks on the crew embrace the opportunity.
What do you dislike about XBInsight?
XBInsight is a Corporation tool. Football is a game of emotions. While insights are learned, the principles aren’t fully adopted to promote change across all interactions. The game is entertainment and must evolve to meet demand (steel sharpens steel).
What problems is XBInsight solving and how is that benefiting you?
Crew communication and when individuals of lesser experience can offer an opinion. It provides insights on how different individuals will interact when presented with pressure. And, how to have all information surface, so the best decision can be applied.

What do you like best about XBInsight?
XBInsight used a personal, one-on-one individualized approach to improve my leadership abilities and executive presence. The training has helped tremendously!
What do you dislike about XBInsight?
There wasn't anything in particular that I disliked.
Recommendations to others considering XBInsight?
The services provided were tremendous and worthwhile. If you're in the market for leadership/executive/presence training, I would highly recommend XBInsight.
What problems is XBInsight solving and how is that benefiting you?
XBInsight assisted us as football officials to improve our leadership skills and executive presence, both in athletics and day-to-day life. The training has improved both areas for me, with the result that I carry myself with more confidence and am generally more productive in all aspects of my life.
