What do you like best about X0PA AI?

Masked hiring features ensure the promise of diversity in hiring by opting out all the personal information of the candidate. Also helped to make decisions based on the skills and experience of the candidate.

What do you dislike about X0PA AI?

I did not find any issues in hindsight, but I would say that I must explore further to understand more about the platform.

What problems is X0PA AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

One thing that is benefitting me and I must say that most of the time spent around setting up the interviews and assessments have been taken care of - X0PA making the recruiter's life much easy.

All the manual process are automated and digitized and all the relevant data are available, quantified and analyzed and available for all stakeholders to view Good fit for our Hiring Initiatives

What do you like best about X0PA AI?

Sourcing and retargeting capabilities from the internal talent pool makes the recruiter's life much easier as we already have a pool of candidates to start from.

What do you dislike about X0PA AI?

Setting up is the time-consuming part. Once the system is set up it’s a breeze from that time onwards. The customer support team is of great help during the setup/onboarding process.

What problems is X0PA AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

There was a big gap in the hiring process which the X0PA AI platform bridged from day one of its setup.

This tool helps with seamless multiple job Board Integrations. For all the job seekers out there, it helps to manage multiple job boards and helps the recruiters in the process of recruitment.

What do you dislike about X0PA AI?

No dislikes as of yet. The access to multiple job boards and tracking them via one single platform was one of our major pain points and X0PA has been the answer to this.

What problems is X0PA AI solving and how is that benefiting you?

Seamless multiple job board integrations with popular job boards (Monster, Linkedin, Career Builder, etc) for job seekers and companies. And all this is done with a click of a button from the platform itslef.
