What do you like best about WPS Office?I like WPS Office because it’s easy to use and works reliably for my day-to-day work. The Excel and spreadsheet features are especially helpful for creating, opening, and editing files. Editing documents is also straightforward, so I can make changes quickly without any hassle. I also appreciate being able to open and manage different types of files in one place, which saves me time and keeps everything organized.What do you dislike about WPS Office?Some features can feel a bit confusing at first, especially the first time you try them. A few of the more advanced options also aren’t very easy to locate right away. Aside from that, I haven’t run into any major issues while using WPS Office.What problems is WPS Office solving and how is that benefiting you?WPS Office makes it easier for me to manage my Excel sheets, documents, and other files all in one place. I can open and edit files quickly without much trouble. At times, the software feels a bit complex because some useful options are tucked away in different menus, so it can take a while to find what I need. Still, overall it helps me stay organized and saves me time in my daily work.

You can access office documents even if you are outside office, as we can use WPS office on MobileWhat do you dislike about WPS Office?Few features need paid subscription and free version shows advertises .What problems is WPS Office solving and how is that benefiting you?Easy to access and edit documents, We can access documents using WPS office on Mobile. Interface is similar to Microsoft. Has free basic version also.

It works especially well on Android, and you can edit documents easily.What do you dislike about WPS Office?Some features are paid, and sometimes I get annoyed by the ads. Also, some complex formulas need to be cross-checked.What problems is WPS Office solving and how is that benefiting you?I can edit all types of documents—DOCX, XLSX, and PPTX—on one platform. It also offers many ready-to-use templates for presentations and resumes, which I can use for my work.

What do you like best about WPS Office?The thing I like best about WPS is its all-in-one workspace that combines Writer, Spreadsheets, Presentations, and PDF tools in a single application. I regularly use the built-in PDF converter and editor to modify documents without installing additional software. The Microsoft Office compatibility is excellent, preserving formatting when opening Word, Excel, and PowerPoint files, while the lightweight interface keeps the application fast even on older laptops.What do you dislike about WPS Office?While WPSOffice covers most everyday tasks, I’ve noticed that complex Microsoft Excel files containing advanced features such as formulas, macros, or PivotTables are not always rendered correctly. The free version also displays ads frequently, which can disrupt the workflow. Another limitation is that some PDF features, such as scanned documents and OCR, require a premium subscription. I’d also like to see better cloud synchronisation and faster loading when working with larger documents.What problems is WPS Office solving and how is that benefiting you?Before using WPS Office, I relied on separate applications for editing documents, spreadsheets, presentations, and PDFs, which made my workflow inefficient. This has reduced the time I spend managing files and improved my productivity.
