WPS Office Keeps All My Client Docs, Comments, and Decks in One Place

What do you like best about WPS Office?

Most of my day starts with review creative briefs, client requirements, project proposals and guidelines before I start designing. That's why having everything in a single app saves alot of time. WPS office makes it easier for me to review client documents, leave comments, prepare presentation decks, and share revisions without multiple apps.

What do you dislike about WPS Office?

Sometimes, when I’m reviewing client presentations or brand guideline documents, custom fonts and images don’t always render exactly as intended if they aren’t installed, and that can throw off the layout. It does support multiple file types, but these kinds of rendering issues still pop up from time to time.

What problems is WPS Office solving and how is that benefiting you?

WPS Office helps me keep all the non-design parts of my projects organized in one place. I rely on it to review creative briefs, client requirements, project proposals, invoices, and brand guidelines, and I also use it to put together presentation decks that showcase my design concepts.

What do you like best about WPS Office?

Earlier, we needed different websites or apps to open different types of files—for example, Adobe for PDFs and Microsoft spreadsheets for spreadsheets. But now, with the help of WPS, it’s possible to open different files in one place. It’s a user-friendly and helpful app. The file autosaver feature has helped to recover back the files even if my system crashes due to any reason. Spreadsheets also provide some good tools like formula suggestion, filters and quick table formatting even in free version. AI also help to search a particular slide and do work.

What do you dislike about WPS Office?

It can sometimes get slow when working with large files. It shows a lot of ads and popups in free version. Pdf to word conversion is not always accurate for tables and heavy formatted documents. Also when internet connection is unstable, cloud related popups and sync attempts slow down experience. Moreover it sometimes gives grammar mistakes but it is less

it gives templates for making new files and it helps in opening different types of files on my single device and same app. It helped me to auto save files without manually saving.

What do you like best about WPS Office?

WPS Office helps me work with offline document files like Excel and Word. I also use it as a viewer for PDFs and other Office documents. It offers all of the costly tools in free.

What do you dislike about WPS Office?

The login process can be confusing at times and takes a long time. The UI is also a bit different, which makes it hard to find the tools I need.

Affordable Office Alternative with Solid Cloud Storage

What do you like best about WPS Office?

It has a cheaper, or even close-to-free, version that people within the organization can use, while still providing decent cloud storage and office functions. It also offers the same functions as traditional Microsoft Office. There are minimal glitches, and it can be used efficiently offline as well. It also have an Al function within it.

What do you dislike about WPS Office?

If you don’t have Premium, the functions feel a bit limited, and a Premium subscription pop-up keeps coming up repeatedly. It also lakes other complex programming function like Power query and opening such files does not allow you to refresh or edit the query steps.

What problems is WPS Office solving and how is that benefiting you?

making presentation using the presentations file, creates excel workbooks for project management and task tracking, perform calculations and make financial reports. Its also useful for previewing and editing shared documents in different formats. The Al assistant comes as a bonus for spelling correction and grammar.

What do you like best about WPS Office?

I use WPS Office for making sheets and using suitable formulas, and I find it very helpful for that. I like how handy and quick its interface is, making it easy to navigate. Great Online Document Sharing, Slow Startup

What do you like best about WPS Office?

I love that WPS Office allows me to choose a single tool for opening every document I have. It's very useful for sharing a document online with a single link, which can be opened on mobile and desktop wherever it's necessary. I also appreciate that it can be opened in a browser where we can edit on the cloud and download the document locally when needed. The cloud storage and cloud editing features made me switch from MS Office to WPS Office, and the initial setup was easy with no problems at all.

What do you dislike about WPS Office?

It starts very slowly every time I open it on desktop. This is the major problem I faced every time.

WPS Office lets me use a single tool to open all my documents. Its online sharing feature is handy, allowing remote editing and download whenever needed.
