Workstack is great for organizing our schedules and keeping track of upcoming events in our business. It has a simple platform and a grad and drop interface, making it easier to put things in our calendar, assign tasks, and more. I can also manage our projects here because it allows me to see what tasks are assigned to each member of our team and which tasks are still not assigned to anyone, and we are able to plan our weekly and monthly schedules with this solution. I like that it has different color labels so we can differentiate between tasks, and we use it along with Basecamp to fasten the process of task creation.

Sometimes the simplicity of it becomes a sort of limiting and I want to be able to add more customization to our schedules. Additionally, I don't like that it takes too long to load the calendar if there's too many things scheduled.

Workstack has given us a space where it's easy to visualize all our projects in one single view. I feel like it's more effective to have all our schedules put on this intuitive calendar as it helps us have a clearer vision of what we need to schedule, what we need to do, and things that we have to do throughout the week, and more. It's become easier to work as a team with this feature, and we have been able to have more organization around our projects.

Easy to use, easy to implement, low cost, synchronizes with Basecamp in a fast and pleasant way. You can track the time and see the time dedicated to the projects. It also helps me to plan my day and the important tasks that need to be completed.

So far it worked well, I have nothing to complain about.

Excellent for structuring projects, estimating times, and scheduling jobs, the functionality of tasks and the general user interface is very pleasant. Assigning tasks is easier than in other tools because you can drag and drop them onto your stack or into a group or team.

Scheduling my week could not be easier now with the use of Workstack. It makes it so easy to keep track of what I have to do. Very good for organization. I also can plan out my day and tasks that I have to keep track of. The time tracking is also a very helpful tool that I love.

The only thing that I disliked was the loading time was a little bit long. But other than that, everything was great.

I am solving the problem of project management. Another problem is time tracking. It can track the time i spent on projects and aspects of a project. This is so helpful.

I like Workstack because it helps me stay organized and get prepared for my tasks. I'm able to color-code tasks, assign to others, and get a general overview of all tasks needed for the day.

Sometimes, it takes a bit to load. I'm guessing this is if you have a lot of tasks on your calendar, but I till think it's a long wait for all your items to pop up. This is the only issue I have with Workstack that I can think of.

I highly recommend this for anyone who likes to stay organized and have fun doing it! It's very user-friendly.

everything about the software i like. it has all the feature to manage a project. we can report, assign task, timing all the features are good. which might be useful at the time of the promotion.

They must provide score to an employee. if they complete task on time score will be +ve if not -ve. it will help management to get work details about the employee.

Workstack is an excellent platform designed to facilitate the organization of the various jobs, projects and tasks of a company, it is a very easy to use tool, any employee or member of the company can use it.

Workstack is a collaboration and project management system ideal for any company, use Workstack to consolidate all projects, follow up on pending tasks, all in one place, thanks to the interface offered by Workstack.

If the platform needs to be used by many users, the cost of the plan can be considered a bit high.

What that I like the most in this app is that the fact that wecan put our schedule . I use it most of the time at work and It saved my life . I use it all the time and my firends too . It's pretty easy to use

You're always able to see just who is working on what portion of a project. It's easy to stay organized and focused especially when working on a project under heavy time constraints. There's a 14 day free trial to allow you to become accustomed to it which can really help especially when coming from another vendor. I also really like that there is an option to set start dates as well as due dates. I'm a pretty forgetful person so this was extremely helpful to me.

Weekly tasks had to be added every week manually, there wasn't an option to have these just reoccur which was frustrating at times.
