Mobile app is excellent since we have a lot of field employees. Love the interactive social aspect of other employees "liking", commenting, and sharing each other's recognitions. Everyone is a fan of posting e-cards, GIF's or pictures with their recognitions. Our implementation manager and our ongoing customer success manager have been amazing. True partners throughout the whole process helping us make the program as successful as it has been. The customized award page they were able to create along with a more automated process around it has been huge.

Still waiting to see if they can fix an issue where pending points do not count towards an employee's awardable points given. This causes an issue if an employee has submitted more than their allotted awardable points for the quarter they can still continue to provide recognition points until those pending points have been approved by a manager. Then the other pending points they still put out there cannot be approved since they have no points left to give. Hoping a solution is made sooner than later. Also, the system does not give points to new employees until the next quarter. Our old system used to give them their allotted points when they registered for the first time.

It is too early to have definitive proof, but we are anticipating the new program will increase our Employee Satisfaction Survey results when it comes to employee recognition. At the very least it has solved our issue of needing more transparency with our employees when it comes to recognition and hoping to identify a trend in improved engagement. It has also streamlined our administration of our special awards nomination and prize selection process. What used to take an additional 8 hours a quarter now only takes 5 minutes a quarter. Being a heavy sales organization, having the program available mobily for our field employees has been a big help.

There has been excellent communication and customer service between the customer success manager and our HR representatives.

There could be more advanced reporting options.

They simplify the process of sending employees special and customized gifts for anniversaries, referral programs, position recognition, etc.

I'm not sure there is something that I don't like. I think everything is great.

Now our employees finally know every peer they work with. They also have access to the huge catalog of rewards and special offers and discounts.

We've been using Workproud for almost 1 year. Workproud helped us to keep employees recognized.

I like the features of the celebration of the milestone. Before Workproud we did it in a slack all the time manually congratulated our employees.

There are no downsides as for me. I think everything is smooth.

We had concerns in terms of keeping employees' loyalty rates high.

Various options for various needs. We needed a platform that offered only digital gift cards. Didn't want the social recognition platform. Love how easy it is to upload participant data and points. Appreciate the wide catalog offered. Implementation was really easy and simple.

I've worked with some great staff members. However, I did encounter a staff member that was difficult to work with. Dislike that I have to be the first point of contact for support tickets (esp. forgotten login and password inquiries) now. It used to be that tickets only got for cases that were beyond WorkProud's scope of business.

WorkProud gives us an easy way to rewards employees for various situations. It's also helping us in getting employees more motivated about our wellness program, as they want more points (more gift cards).
