Creating customizable

You can customize the fields and make the project board in any way you want. Easy for new users to navigate. Customer support was awesome! Easy to implement with the CRM system we use. I use this tool daily and multiple times a day.

Nothing it is absolutely awesome and super easy to use!

It has completely transformed the way I handle projects, enabling seamless collaboration, improved organization, and enhanced productivity.

There are no downsides so far; it was implemented for our team and they have not had any hiccups with the system!

Because it is easy to navigate through, it makes onboarding a smooth process for both seasoned and new project managers.

The interactive platforms are incredible. The customizable ability is much needed especially when it comes to adjusting and compensating for changes in the project time lime and deadlines.

Nothing so far! The software is user-friendly, it's enjoyable to use and what's more - it's almost fun to use in a way! Exploring its features and everything it has to offer is an interesting journey.

WorkOtter's great benefit is it's ability to clearly and effectively organize all of the needed tasks and hallmarks that go into project management and incorporates an interactive platform that makes it easy for every position to communicate within a certain phase.

The drag-and-drop features make customization super easy. Everyone can set it up in ways that suit their own style, too. I have also gotten a lot of use out of the mobile views. We've been able to track time and log work that's been completed so much more efficiently, and changing schedules in real time has never been so seamless. Another feature I have thoroughly enjoyed is the ability to create comments that mention another user, which is then sent to their email. They can reply to it through the email directly. I believe we even want to try and find a way to work this into communications with our contractors and applicants. Oh, and the 2-way integration with Microsoft Project has made transitioning much easier for some of our staff since that's what we previously used.

Since it was somewhat new software, we took quite a bit of time trying to figure out how to do some of the things we needed to do. The support has been very helpful, but for some of us, it's just not so easy to pick up for first-time use.

WorkOtter has helped reduce scheduling issues, including important meetings and projects. Thanks to the 2-way integration with Microsoft Projects, it has solved the problem of transitioning hundreds of people at a time because we previously used Projects for this and can easily continue using it at the same time as WorkOtter to get used to the newer platform.

The simplicity was the biggest thing for me. I've tried a couple similar applications and most of them were either too difficult to use to didn't offer the different customizations I like to have. WorkOtter actually had those so i was pleasantly surprised.

So far I haven't really run into any bad situations with it. I had a tiny issue on the 2nd or 3rd day i was using it, but once I wrote support the issue was resolved quickly and hasn't happened again since.

It helps keep me organized. I'm naturally a very "in the moment" kind of person. I'm forgetful and take on way more stuff than I can handle and usually end up making some mistakes. Workotter lets me avoid making so many.
