Customer and ticket management have to be the best features of the application. The dashboard provides various details regarding the customer, tickets, sales figures and inventory.
I haven't seen any bugs or issues personally. They have built a good application overall. The user interface is good and solves all the required needs. overall it is good.
Workflowmania is a platform which helps businesses manage back-end and front-end needs such as sales reports, inventory management provides the needed details for back end team and ticket management and customer directory, tasks and event management helps the front-end team.
The built-in help tools have been extremely easy to find. It has helped me with workflows and allowed me to empower my team to meet critical deadlines with clarity of who needs to perform certain tasks.
Would like to see the implementation of more shortcuts. Shortcuts allow computer power users such as myself to swiftly navigate across systems.
WorkflowMania is giving clarity to my colleagues that allow for us to not have to communicate as often which has been great while we are all on different time zones.

I feel it is very customer friendly. As a user, I am very much satisfied with their services. It helps me to manage and configure repair shops, their work logs, shops, etc. And it is budget friendly. The best feature is generating various reports related to Sales, Parts and inventory. This software is best for mid-size businesses,small business enterprise,Freelance etc.It features includes Billing and invoicing,repair tracking ,work order management,etc.All these features performs best.
It may be hard to follow as well, as it is only available in English(USA). Features may not work sometimes, I think they correct it and improve.Proper training is must.It provides training in the form of documentation and in person.Try to optimise speed.
I am benefitted in many ways.It solve the issue of customer satisfaction.Resource issues.Overall the software seems to be great.Communication and resource sharing is a best part.Quick view of sales reports of all service item repairs.Generate reports.These all benefited me a lot.
I find it mostly simple and easy to use for my clients. this software has saved so much time compared to generalized software options. It helps to streamline your process flow in a repair business
The buggy UI can be annoying. No options to customize any of the emails that are sent to customers in the free or paid version. As a marketer - I find this annoying. Features seem not to work at times.
Once a client is acquired, handles the process management of getting the repair completed on time with invoicing and emails to customers. Keeps reports so we can keep everyone accountable with the KPIs

The quality of this company, WorkflowMania, is definitely an all-around best. I also loved how the company is budget-friendly by offering free services as well as paid. Finally, I love how simple the work log management programming is with WorkflowMania.
I disliked how WorkflowMania is not a fully inclusive company as they only provide English translation, as it is also only available in the United States of America.
The problems that WorkflowMania is helping to solve for me include pricing and personal issues with online ticket distribution management. These solved problems benefit me greatly by taking a load off of my shoulders and easing my way through the business.
