I like the user-friendly interface and how everything is centralized in one place, which makes it easy to find what I need and navigate through the app.

At times, the navigation can feel confusing and a bit hard to follow.

I like that Workday Student streamlines processes for students that used to be tons of forms.

This program has great potential. The only negative side is that it takes someone who is greatly trained or has extensive knowledge of the software. Otherwise, it's good.

With everything in Workday leveraging the "power of one", Workday Student allows you to leverage this when building business processes, reporting, and security. Workday Student also has a really strong ecosystem where collaboration is at the center.

Workday Student is a "no-code line" student information system which, although it can be a benefit, is also a dislike due to you having to change some of your institutional policy and procedures to meet those available functions in Workday. With that said, Workday does offer "best in class" functions.

Workday Student solves our problem of needing a student information system to manage our business processes associated with students and managing their data.

Easy to use, and prefills with most of the entries with google

It can get repetitive. I use it to for job applications and by filling out so much, it gets frustrating especially when its for the same company.

I like that it works seamlessly with all the other Workday applications.

Workday is a great platform for professors to post announcements and assignments. It is easy to use and the notifications are great, especially on mobile devices. Academic advising is also a great added feature.

Workday Student is a pretty new feature, but it seems to be moving in a new way. It is not very marketed right now, but it does seem to have the right qualifications for more universities to start implementing.

It is difficult to link all different Workday accounts, especially when many jobs use Workday for job applications, as well. I have a hard time keeping track which of my emails are used in Workday. Workday overall is a very extensive platform - a lot of businesses use it for employee searching, many organizations also use it as a way to track employee work hours. It is nice that they are expanding, but it is a little confusing to use, especially when you are a student using all different parts of the service.

Use one email for all accounts, and keep the notifications on.

It is an efficient way to be able to log in hours, see pay sheets, and uploaded work documents

Workday was a great tool. Their app was very user friendly, and quick and easy for on-the-go students. I loved when my company switched to it.

The only downside was that you had to log in each time you used Workday, there was not a “Remember Me” feature.

Workday student made it easy to log my work hours on my phone, which was incredibly helpful!
