I like Workday! What I like the most about Workday is it is an easy to navigate software and has a friendly user interface. I use it frequently.

So far I don't see any issues with Workday as it helps to track my Working hours.

It's like your own little workstation that holds all your information from work all your hours everything you need to know all your trainings all your handbooks all your dlps everything is in workday

There's nothing that I really don't just don't like I like everything about work days it's the best platform I have worked and seen and have been a part of I really appreciate it in the way that they developed it

The benefits I realized is being able to have my own personal little workstation and files and being able to train and it has the ability to be able to tell you when your training needs to be done and when it'll be due

Sometimes is not really working well , the system is not generating very well . but its all good

this software helps us by solving problems related to financial process inefficiencies, data inaccuracies, and compliance challenges. It benefits them by improving efficiency, accuracy, and decision-making in financial operations.

I love Workday because it holds everything in one place and is fairly easy to use. I love that you can utilize it for multiple purposes and not rely on various platforms for different things.

It can be confusing to locate what you need at first, but after playing around with it, it becomes much easier to navigate.

Days off/PTO tracking, expenses/expense reports, performance reviews, personal information, tax documents, org chart, benefit elections/info., pay stubs/info., company resources, etc.

The fact that this software covers every aspect of business shows you real numbers in real-time, then provides me with what I do to increase and grow. Along with perfect record-keeping while using it

Workday is incredibly user friendly. Everything is self-explanatory for end users. As an administrator, the platform was easy to implement and extremely customizable. Specifically, their security is robust and can be minute as individual field visibility. Workday also has a lot of online documentation, training materials, and a full forum (Workday Community) for crowdsourcing queries.

I don't love their support model. They do not have an on-demand model. Users need to submit a ticket for assistance. This is surprising for a platform this big, I would expect something faster - akin to a chatbot, etc.

Workday HCM has created excellent organization and documentation. We use it for Job/Position Management, Onboarding, Training, Performance, Project Tracking, TimeTracking and Payroll. All of the things!

We have been able to centralize a lot of our processes into WD from other platforms. For example, we had used Concur for expenses, but we transitioned to WD Expense. We had also used OpenAir for timetracking, and now we use Workday Time tracking. This is highly beneficial because it decreases the number of integrations and points of failure.

The user interface is great & the updates are real time.

Nothing that I can think of from my experience.

The contract management & revenue recognition really helps keeping everything on track.

Workday has been incredibly helpful for our organization. We have the ability to easily pay vendors, create miscellaneous payee IDS, and track payments by readily using applications within the app.

Workday can be search term specific, so it can be challenging to locate the exact reports and information needed. For example, if you are searching for a miscellaneous payee, you have to type in the name exactly as it is spelled otherwise no results are returned. Additionally, it can be challenging to find certain reports with the number of different reports available to search for one area.

Workday has made it easier to utilize all of our finance, HR, and payment applications/reports in one place. We no longer have to go to three different systems to do budget reports, setup vendors, and pay people. Workday acts as a one-shop stop for all of these applications.
