Wonderway is a great onboarding tool

What do you like best about Wonderway?

It is very easy to create and manage the onboarding processes for new employees using Wonderway.The tool is user friendly, the UI is fantastic and the help desk is very responsive.

What do you dislike about Wonderway?

The tool could have been more flexible and could have had more features. ( Like changing fonts and an easier way for adding links )

What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?

The onboarding process in our company is much more organized. This helps us a lot.

An easy to use and comprehensive L&D platform

What do you like best about Wonderway?

Wonderway is really intuitive as a platform - it took me under five minutes to understand the product and put it to use. I also like the subtle reminders it sends to someone who misses a module on Wonderway.

What do you dislike about Wonderway?

There is nothing, in particular, I dislike about this tool as it does what it's supposed to deliver. I have personally not had any issues here.

What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?

Learning the ropes in a new organization could be hard. Wonderway made it easy and structured for me and all other newcomers to access the information necessary to be successful in their roles.

A very great way to learn and to onboard, definitely to be recommended!

What do you like best about Wonderway?

It's very easy and simple to go through the milestones and task sets. Especially as a new starter in a team, onboarding can be tough and makes one feel overwhelmed, but not with Wonderway! It saves all completed tasks to read through later on, and sends email reminders. The feeling to complete a task feels super satisfying, as the sets turn green. That way, onboarding feels super easy now!

What do you dislike about Wonderway?

Make sure to save answers on a separate sheet or document, as Wonderway as the program itself might not save the answers typed in.

What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?

Missing structure was for sure a challenge before, or not knowing how long onboarding usually takes. This way, starters can plan their first weeks very accurately and plan other meetings and trainings around i.

Easy to understand. My company used Wonderway to onboard me and it was the most helpful and smoothest onboarding process ever.

Nothing I can think of. Maybe provide a way to review links before opening.

Amazing onboarding experience

What do you like best about Wonderway?

Easy to use. Amazing user experience through the entire sales onboarding. The entire structure is well design as the functions such as videos, texts, screen recordings and others.

What do you dislike about Wonderway?

Sometimes was needed to close the onboarding to complete other tasks, and this was a bit confusing. The team at my company needed to inform me to do this, otherwise I wouldn't found.

What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?

I started at a company that has a very complex product and market, so Wonderway was amazing because they can structure a very long and well-organized onboarding covering all the topics.

Wonderway made the onboarding easy

What do you like best about Wonderway?

It was very easy and intuitive to use. I also enjoyed on the answers where the manager was evaluating them.

What do you dislike about Wonderway?

Nothing too major. When you have completed the task the button "mark it as completed" does not automatically close the window :D

I do not need to ask the manager constantly about stuff but it provides the structure

Super user friendly and nice UX design

What do you like best about Wonderway?

I have been using Wonderway for my onboarding process and I couldn't have asked for a better tool! It's the first time I use it and it is super intuitive, easy to follow and the design is just perfect - it makes the user feel comfortable using it. Since it is also a tool for managers, I can also interact with mine and read the reviews to my answers, it is like being at school and learning from scratch again :)

What do you dislike about Wonderway?

I wouldn't mention anything bad to be honest, the tool is so simple and easy to use that I couldn't find anything against it. Keep rocking it guys, you are doing a great job!

What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?

It is helping me with my onboarding as a Customer Success Manager and teaching me the main processes of my company. Besides, the tool is offering some tests created by my company, which are essential for them to keep track of my knowledge about our product.

What do you like best about Wonderway?

Wonderway is great for onboarding new team members by consolidating essential knowledge and making it more interactive than just reading documentation!

What do you dislike about Wonderway?

I have not encountered any downsides to Wonderway!

What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?

Wonderway really encourages trainees to interact with the material vs. more passive ingestion of information found with more typical onboardings. It also offers regular quizzes for measuring information retention and a qualitative view of overall onboarding progess.

The interface and how easy it is to learn how to use it.

What do you dislike about Wonderway?

During the training period in my company, it was so simple to follow each step on wonderway, the flow of each chapter made the whole progress simple.

Recommendations to others considering Wonderway?

Honestly there is nothing that I actually dislike on Wonderway. I had a pretty good experience and in general it was a pretty good fit for me and nothing was missing in my experience.

What problems is Wonderway solving and how is that benefiting you?

My experience with wonderway was during my training and onboarding in my company. Wonderway was hosting the whole process that was happening 100% online and the experience was amazing.
