nothing absolutely nothing there is nothing good about this comapny

We purchased this system for over 30,000. from the day we purchased it our sales rep Tavish was no longer part of implemetation.... after several weeks and nothing had been done we called them and they finally started the process.. we had to beg for information and then they would refer to watch online videos and then expect us to do it all ourselves! after several months and lots of hours invested they said we had to purchase more software!! we said no we decided to stop the process seeing that this whole thing was going nowhere after several months... implementation was terrible and trying to reach them was terrible .... there 24hr customer service is somehwere out of the country and they know very little about the software

never RUN RUN RUN ,,, they will sell u a system then tell you that you will need more software so more $$$ then they will leave you hanging throw all your goals of going live out the window.... it would take years for a company to switch to them

i learned that when buying software you have to be very carefull and always read the reviews of a company take your money and run,,,, thats what they did with ours
