I contacted Nat West Group Pension / Willis Towers Watson. It was very easy to clear security and I had only a short wait to speak to a lovely lady called Ella. She was so very helpful, answered my questions knowledgeably and quickly.

I have a pension with Barclays and have moved over the years. I called the phoneline and spoke with Grace to reconnect and update my details with all my documents and she made the whole process very simple. She was very friendly, knowledgeable, and got me setup on the portal in a matter of minutes. Great job Grace, and thank you for your help.

After a bereavement, nobody is in the mood to be doing stuff like pensions, but it has to be done.
The admin for transfer to the spouse was done without any errors or delays. I spoke to Graham and said it's urgent and it was dealt with within a few days.
