I love how WETHOD is super easy to use. It perfectly reflects our company mindset with the right level of transparency, which I believe can be adapted to any organization. It makes project management easy and accessible, transforming something quite boring into a user-friendly experience. I also appreciate that it's easily linked to our company HR tools and Google Drive. The initial setup was super easy as well.

I would love for the software to suggest improvements on how to manage projects and people's time, there are some insights but I guess I could have more.

In the project list, the filters aren’t very clear. In addition, when I filter the projects and then download the CSV file to do some analysis, the CSV doesn’t keep the filters I applied.

I appreciate the Pipeline section because I can stay informed about new opportunities, but I really like the Insights section the most because it keeps me updated on my company's revenues, goals, and operations.

It is not immediate to start using all the features immediately and the learning curve requires a certain commitment. Being a real-time data driven tool, data submission must be precise and on time.

Wethod facilitates the management of orders and works in general, and as soon as data are entered, they interact with each other; consequently, if something goes wrong, you can see it immediately. You can correct the shot; resource planning helps management, the reports are well done and very intuitive. For us, it has been a substantial change in the way we work.

It is a platform that requires a learning curve due to a large number of functions it has to make better use of this tool. It is beneficial, thanks to its versatility, and it facilitates project management, productivity and additionally optimizes the evaluation of the work team, making it an excellent alternative for comprehensive collaboration; on the other hand, it provides information on expenses and profitability. About the cost of the software, it has a very affordable price, in addition to having a free version (basic) and a free trial. Its most relevant features are generating progress reports and customizable reports, projections, reminders, activity dashboard and project planning, tasks, prioritization, activity tracking, status, task progress, real-time updates, alerts and notifications, document storage, and data insurance.

I would like the development of a mobile Apps to facilitate remote access to this tool because, although it is valid for being based in the cloud, I can access it from the browser of my smartphone, sometimes it slows down, so the Apps would generate greater ease of access to the platform.

It is very functional, I invite you to try it, it generates excellent results, it has a good price, it is highly recommended.
