Fantastic store pickup!!!
I signed up 2 years ago for the order tracking but the costs were too high as we usually sell more than 50,000 orders in a month and have a good bunch of returns too. Back then the platform missed the store pickup, so this is why we decided to just move on. But their support team reached out to let me know they reworked their pricing, I signed up again in March and now we've just started with store pickup! We're so thrilled about how this whole thing will work in the next months!! They needed to do some custom development for us to fit our needs, it took almost a month to get the store pickup working as we need, but it's good that they kept everything on their side so I don't have to spend thousands of dollars with some agencies..

Happy so far
I use this platform to send order tracking notifications and for managing my returns. It's nice to have tracking notifications centralized and in one place and sure beats sending customers to the couriers site because those can be godawful and they end up calling me anyway.

What do you like best about WeSupply Labs?
WeSupply helped us reduce the number of support tickets and keeps our users informed with email & SMS notifications. The returns functionality is also great.
What do you dislike about WeSupply Labs?
I would like a wider courier selection, maybe a direct integration with Canada Post.
Recommendations to others considering WeSupply Labs?
Probably making the most out of the estimated delivery dates features because we activated at a later point after setting up our account and noticed that our customers like the feature and I'm sure we would have benefited from it a lot if we had turned it on sooner.
What problems is WeSupply Labs solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall customer satisfaction increased and it saves me time because I don't have to manually contact every customer. Our customer support team can now process returns very easily using the built-in returns flow.
