WellSaid is incredibly easy to use even for this non-tech savvy gal. I have listened to end products from other text to voice programs and it's not as good in my opinion. I love the sound of the voices and the number of choices available. I like that there is an option for narration, conversation, promo etc.

I have not worked with the pronunciation feature much and so that is my only dislike as I don't understand how to use that feature when the avatar pronounces a word incorrectly. I just select a different word when it happens which really hasn't been a big or frequent problem.

I create a lot of training content and I am also the writer, animator, and was the voice over artist as well as the editor. The creation and production of content is only one piece of my position and responsibilties so time is precious. With the need to wear so many hats in my role, I was spending too much time on voice over recording and editing. Now I can copy and paste text and have the voice over component completed so much quicker than previously.

I use Wellsaid almost daily. It is easy to use, implement, & integrate life-like voices that my clients are shocked are not real. It increases the speed of developing content that is engaging for learners. It reduces the over all cost of projects.

Occasionally, it's difficult to get a word pronunciation or a phrase inflection right. At times, I need to use other software to make adjustments in tone and speed.

WellSaid saves us the time and money involved in using human voice talent. I can use multiple voice avatars that clients love. The tools the studio provides allow me to produce voice-over files, edit them, review them with clients, and integrate them into engaging learning experiences in hours or days rather than weeks or months.

I have used Wellsaid Studios for my last four elearning projects. Wellsaid Studio has some of the most naturally sounding AI voices. it is as simple as copying my script into the generator, and pressing play! I can make changes to pronunciation and pacing easily, and then download the audio file in multiple formats.

Wellsaid is constantly adding new, diverse voices, to give users the ability to choose the voices that fit their needs. They are always looking to grow and improve the user experience. They are quick to respond to issues or problems with the pronunciation issues.

While there is some customization in the speech, it can be limitting at times. I would like to see more features around customization and pacing of speech.

The price can be steep for some. Especially when compared to other sites. But the amazing quality of voices, and ease of use, can easily justify the added expense.

It gives me the abiltiy to generate audio narration files for my eLearning courses, without having to find a narrator, schedule a time to meet, schedule recording studio time, and edit audio in post production. I can create amazing audio with Wellsaid, all from the comfort of my desk chair. it reduces production time and allows me to adjust audio on the fly.

Simple and easy to navigate UI, good selection of voices and the quality of the finished audio is nothing short of amazing!

Not always a perfect read. Would be nice to have serious and easy to use tools that allow for tweaking of intonation, emphasis, etc.

The problem of auditioning and hiring VO talent has disappeared with WellSaid Labs

The voices are realistic and easy to manipulate. The timing and inflection is pretty accurate, and very easy to work with if it is off. I expected the learning curve to be much bigger than it was and I am pleasantly suprised with ease of use.

It would be nice to have a video tutorial sent when you first sign up. A demonstration of simple things to make the voice manipulation process easier. Having to read through all of the documents proved to be more time consuming than making the changes themselves.

I am not a fan of my own voice for usage in training creation. WellSaid gives me a broad range of voices to work with. In addition, I struggle with leveling sound when I am making my recordings. Using this program makes keeping the volume, tone, etc much easier.

I love the fact that there's to manny voice options to select the one that best fits your project.

The price is a little bit high, but I'm not gonna lie it's worth it.

E learnings for a call center, training videos for how to use diferent type of CRMs

I have worked with human voice talent before on various projects but working with the WellSaid interface has been a dream. No waiting or long turn around. WellSaid makes it so easy to create content on the fly. Has been extremely useful on some resent projects.

It seems my content I type into the interface disappears the next time I log in. I have resorted to using Word doc to type out my scripts and cut/paste back int WellSaid

The turn around time for a voice talent would cause delays.

It's incredibly intuitive and easy to use.

I dislike that the shortcuts differ by avatar.

WellSaid Studios has saved me so much time and money creating voiceovers. They make creating voiceovers easy and very quick without sacrificing quality. I create a new project, select from a wide range of voices, and create the voiceover. Occasionally I run into a word or two that we have to work around, but their phonetic spelling feature takes care of that. Most of the time, I just make a couple of tweaks and have the voiceover I want. I'd recommend them to anyone who wants quality voiceovers that sound real or nearly real.

There are a couple of things that WellSaid could do better. Project Organization could be better. As the number of projects goes, it's not as easy to find past projects. Their project search works well though and you can at least order the projects by date or alphabetically. The other area where they could improve is voice inflections. The ones that they have are good, but there are some areas, especially with questions, where there could be improvement.

We need a service to help us provide voiceovers for various types of videos we are producing such as explainer videos and training videos. WellSaid has been the answer. They've given us a quick and easy way of producing the quality voiceovers without having to spend loads of time.

WellSaid Labs is one of my favorite solutions. Their AI provides the voice for our phone tree, training videos, etc.

Now that WellSaid Labs provides support in multiple languages, I wish there was an English-to-foreign language option.

We have multiple teams that create training videos. WellSaid Labs allows all these individuals to create trainings using one voice.
