Website Toolbox has allowed me to create a very real community with magicians from around the world.

The only downside it that my forum members and I have come to really love an older theme. We tried some of the newer ones, but didn’t quite like the look of them.

Retaining an older theme has not allowed us to enjoy some of the features of the newer themes, such as tagging users in a post.

The cost of the forum software and the ease of adding the software to our website were key features for us. We reviewed several forum platforms and Website Toolbox had the most features and was the most economical.

There is not much that we do not like, we would like the platform to have some additional features such as more extensive customization and the ability to group forum users in different ways.

More options for forum customization.

The forum software allowed our users to communicate with one another and problem solve product related questions.

The service is excellent, and much more reliable than the enormous headache of trying to host it myself. And support is very responsive and helpful. Highly recommended!

Recently there have been problems with people not getting their notifications when expected. And like any other software there are occasional bugs that cause issues as well as service interruptions.

Taking off the headache of running the software infrastructure myself has been a huge benefit.

I love that this integrates directly into my website, making it look seamless. Any time I have had questions or comments, they are extremely receptive and have gone above and beyond in trying to integrate with another service that I use

I wish that our members could automatically be enrolled when becoming members, but this is also on our other service, in which Website Toolbox has tried to make work

Discussion board for all members. Love the ability to reply directly by email now.

I like how easy it is to use this service, it intergrates nicly into my website, has a mobile version, and has many themes and layouts to pick from.

Could have a more simply admin homepage, instead of digging around everywhere to edit user roles, for etc.

It's good if you want a easy to use forum system for PC and Mobile with a friendly interface and easy intergration into your current website. Everyone will like how simplicity of the forums.

I use this service for my Team Fortress 2 game servers, the forums is a good way to communicate with my members, and many people use it to make an application to sign up to be a Staff member on my servers. It's very easy for them to do this.

The initial setup of our forum as quick and easy. Customizing it went smoothly.

Our users (many are tech challenged) find the forum easy to use and intuitive.

Once set up, the forum serves our customer base seamlessly. We've had no issues with the forum for over a year.

I love the fact that the company website basically helps you along, instructing you how to use the forum and customize it at every step of the way. The customer service is amazing too.

I don't love the fact that you cannot easily add new pages to the site, but they say it's a feature they're working on.

Well, I had no idea how to even START a forum, and this provided the exact thing I was looking for.

The ease of launching a forum and ongoing maintenance without worrying about hosting or software maintenance.

Some of the templates are outdated and I had issues with support for a short while but I believe it was more geared towards one associate versus a company-wise issue as other instances I’ve reached out haven’t caused concern.

The forums are very clean and when I’ve needed support the team has been great about responding timely and fixing issues on the back end which arose for me. Thank you. I found this solution better than owning the software and maintaining the backend - I needed a solution which was simple to maintain and keep operating without worries of bandwidth, hosting, upload restrictions.

I wanted a better way for the readers of my site to communicate and share news when we weren’t able to directly.

Sometimes the time difference causes a delay in issues being addressed

It is an easy and cost effective way of allowing people to share issues confidentially with others - especially in a health environment such as ours - where we want to encourage people to open up about their bladder problems

Our charity is patient focussed and it is gteat to have a secure site where they can exchange ideas and share conditions with like minded individulas

You can create your own top level topics. You can attach various things to a post - audio, video, documents, etc.

The notifications and settings are a little confusing.
