The pure ease of use of this product.

Its so easy to roll out and enforce through out our organization, especially like that we can pull reports on the status as well

Can be a bit pricey for some clients, especially to some of my clients in central Africa

A worthwhile product compared to other vendors.

I found the training very useful to firstly understand the basics to aid me in the Sales world points were rewarded and perfect for when Christmas came

I found nothing wrong with the training, some subject area repeated but i found that very useful in different scenarios

I find now I'm more cyber aware thanks to the training which is giving more more products to sell in my portfolio.

Helpdesk trainings are easily solved with the Awareness program. THe amount of knowledge and information is beyond compare.

It's an in house training solution that is easy to manage and administer. the reporting tool provides a great way to determine the level of competency of our clients concerning cyber threats

The training is easy to setup and use, and it is very much user friendly. Once a user clicks on a simulated phishing attack the message that appears and directs them to the training module is straight-forward

There is nothing I can say I dislike except that the cost of the tool is not easy to convince a small business to accept. I feel it is reasonably priced though.

We are solving the problem of systems being down and data compromised due to user error. The training program has benefited our clients greatly by reducing their support costs.

The easiness of the site, it was so easy and infomative, one of the best ive done, so easy to get around and it wasnt all words which was good, soemtimes ehen you look at pages and pages of words you get bored, the colours and diagrams and screen shots that are used makes it more fun and you dont get bored while doing htem, meaning you are more likely to continue doing them and will do for the future.

Nothing, i thought everything was spot on and didnt have any dislikes, the person who did this site have done a really good job at doing it, form the ocntent to how its dipalyed and comes across is rally good. I really am strugglinng to find any negatives from the site and i have been racking my brian to try and find at least one but i cant!!!

My adive really is to go for it, you will not be disappointed.Definetly do the training as this is what makes the product so worht while. Its fun and infomative at the same time so you will not get bored while doing this, it really is good. Get everyone in the team to do it and they will all be more knowledegble

It gave me a great knowledge of how webrot security works. I have even passed this on to my collegues to do and they are very clued up on the webroot but its nice to have a refresh. I think the whole webroot is a great prodcut and worth the time and money in doing this.

Ease of use to set up and send campaigns. Very simple to analyse the data and the effectiveness of the product for the end users.

Can't say that i have seen any as yet. I will evaluate this more thoroughly when i have more experience and feedback from users

Just use it, it serves its purpose very well and helps users to avoid very costly mistakes
