Web insights does a great job informing you on what businesses are visiting your sites. The SEO and sales services are great.

The exporting and reporting tools are clunky and not very easy for user experience.

This tool has helped us qualify MQL and SQL's. It has also helped us realize the % of current customers, competitors, and prospects.

The data is as it says on the tin. If someone from a static office address looks at your company's site, then they will show up in the data. The Customer Service team and the Account Manager have been very responsive and helpful so far.

The platform is reliant on static IPs and, considering the COVID period we're currently going through, this limits the data somewhat. This isn't a point of dislike so much as a point for customers to note - ensure you have a CRM set up so you can track the sales process and ensure that your Sales people are confident cold calling leads.

This is potentially an excellent platform for the right business, in the right hands. But you need to consider if it's right for you, for your sales people and whether your internal systems allow for success using it.
