wazoku is a robust platform for open social innovation. I have been working in this space for more than 10 year, and Wazoku provides a flexible and consistent platform, which allows for customization and integration with our other services. Their team is always open to talk through ideas and offer support when needed. Beyond the product, they also have lots of great initiatives that inform our strategy about how to work with business to increase impact.
The feature I am still looking forward to is the ability to embed video on the applications. As more people are looking for creative ways to share their ideas, enabling video embedding will be a great addition to a very good product!
Wazoku helps us received, review and select applications for our online youth and adult challenges. They allow ideas to submitted in written format, and we have integrated their platform with ours via SSO.
Wazoku has an experienced team behind it which is what gives it the vast, intuitive and evolving capability, with solid support.
There is so much you can do with it can be hard to choose what to do first, but the team can help guide the early set up must haves.
They are evolving the analytics further to address first-time user anxieties about building management dashboards. As a new user this has been a real benefit.
Definitely the support. I have worked with Marianna for the last 3 years and she is simply fantastic. Always there to help with any questions and makes it all so easy. Jessamy came on board this year and she has also been great!
Only negative is that I am signed up to a hub email that cannot be switched off and comes every morning, including for our intermediaries.
Allows us to collaborate with external parties, in our case capture submissions from our intermediaries and allow us to run a community awards program. This allows us to build stronger relationships with our intermediaries.
The best thing about Wazoku is its customer support team. Juan, Matt, and Rikki have been great thought partners for us along our journey. From strategic, high-level discussions, to very tactical "how do I do this", they have been amazing.
The only real challenge I see is the lack of design freedom in regard to the look and feel of the site, specific to our group. I realize that it would likely be impossible to give us complete design freedom, and sometimes the design limitations feel a bit cumbersome.
Wazoku allows us to have cross-functional visibility to our team's work and priorities. It gives us space and opportunity to openly discuss product ideas and let the best solutions surface.

We are providing an Enterprise platform for all Employee's to have their say no matter how big or small
The flexibility of the platform is one of its key benefits as well as the ability to scale up engagement without any limits.
The other key benefit is the close collaborative working relationship. As an organisation Wazoku invite us to feedback suggested improvements and frequently ask us to provide input regarding upcoming functionality updates – this close collaboration has ensured that our requirements are met.
The platform offers a lot of functionality but sometime the platform language is not reflective of our internal business language and/or is difficult for users to understand. Although the platform is intuitive for those who use it on a regular basis , it would be helpful to have more intuitive guidance in place to guide users who are not that familiar with ideas management.
Transparency of ideas management, tracking/monitoring ideas management activities, collaboration across teams/departments, insights to ideas management activities, sharing best practise regarding ideas management activities.

In past years BNEF has been a great source of new ideas for Editorial and News via the SPIN program. We like to keep this contribution going
This years SPIN challenge question is: "We live in volatile times, how can we leverage new or existing data, in innovative ways, to better inform our clients?"
As a Challenge Manager, we received Springboard Initiative (SPIN) 2022 Daily Summary messages with updates and actions on SPIN that were directly relevant to us
We valued the platform end-to-end support (with help creating the SPIN Challenge page and offline process to the platform)
There were 20 submissions this year with most of them being progressed to the 2nd stage
I feel as though, the entrant panelists go back to being kids through the process, so really do need the support. Therefore, it was good to have the ongoing support to help progress the SPIN Programme and to plan what is coming next and gather momentum on the platform and engagement, to utilize the platform to its fullest!

Once we built the landing page and added the relevant text, images etc. there was an issue with the social settings. Despite making the Idea space and challenge private/invite only, a colleague was able to enter the platform and view the 'hidden' content. Juan did jump on a call to get this resolved quickly making every effort to work across GMT timezone from Colombia
SPIN was first launched in 2018. We are very excited to see the change SPIN Lab can bring about in the business
*Internally we are reviewing having people travel to London for a physical workshop as the Covid-19 situation develops
Enquiries are answered quickly and the help and support in setting up the idea platform was excellent.Wazoku gave us good best practices and their experience made the development of the platform excellent.

Wazoku is great for aggerating, tracking, and archiving ideas to improve business conditions. It is also easy to use, and create challenges after using it only a few times. They also have a great team that is really passionate about their product succeding in your industry. Customer service is also always quick with assisting.
Nothing i can think of at the moment....
Wazoku has helped us improve safety and working conditions in the mill. Also it aids us by having the ideas stored in a central location so we can determine which employees need feed back on thier ideas. I think it has greatly aided us in our mission to drive cultural change.
