We can keep all volunteer information organized, and there is a great support team at Vol hub. I use their webinars all the time to learn about other features offered.

I believe it is a little pricey but regardless of that think that it's definitely user-friendly.

I'd definitely recommend giving it a try! It's a great software for any large company looking into engaging and managing volunteers. At least for Pima Community College, it was great and met the needs!

The best thing about Volunteer Hub is how many different functions it has that can benefit a wide variety of non-profit organizations. From management of hours to reports and keeping track of volunteer's information such as their demographic data and history of volunteering.

I have utilized many different software platforms and I can say that while Volunteer Hub is on the high end of maneuverability and aesthetics when it comes to volunteer management software. There are some more expensive programs that are better, but overall, I think that Volunteer Hub is an excellent choice for the cost.

At our non profit, we use this program to manage our 500+ volunteers who volunteer in multiple different facets within our organization. We are able to save and manage their personal and demographic information, input their hours, run reports on both individual and organizational basis, as well as generate other data useful to our organization. Volunteer Hub is a good, all-around program that has exceeded the usability of the past programs we have attempted to use. It's a little pricier than some of the other options, but very worth of the investment. I would recommend this program to other non profits looking for volunteer management software.

I appreciate most that I'm able to pull reports from the database of registered users. And you can format those reports to your liking. Also love that you can view either as administrator or user, it's always good to see what it will look like from the POV of the user

It's not a super intuitive software to use. Does take some using and understanding to get the hang of than usual. I think the user interface could be a lot cleaner.

I use Volunteer Hub to create events for both our volunteers and homeowners and keep track of who all is signing up for them.

My favorite feature of VHub is the SignIn Kiosk. It provides a seamless experience for our volunteers from checkin to checkout!

The inability to create a private events for special groups.

Our organization highly depends on the work of our volunteers, so having a site that allows us to schedule our volunteers and also track metrics for grant opportunities is very beneficial.

Transitions easily into Excel software for donor cultivation and management.

Does not connect with current donor database.

It's great for a small nonprofit with a bustling volunteer base! We use it for the 16,000+ volunteers that come through our doors each yeah.
