We LOVED Vizergy when they used Secure-REs, ever since they switched to Synsix, its been a true nightmare.

Lack of customer service, scam like practices, overselling services they refuse to provide, intentionally complicating their sytems, and how they treat small locally owned businesses verses how they treat big corporations. This company is beyond overpriced, lack the bare minimum customer service and treat small Mom & Pop, locally owned businesses like trash! Their practices are damn near criminal and I truly believe they take joy in trying to ruin businesses that give any kickback to their outrageous practices! Us being with this company for over a decade means nothing to them. Ever since they switched over to synxis its been a nightmare and they make it impossible to wake up! We had to pay thousands of dollars to get out of a contract for services promised that they don't provide. And now they are attempting to hold our website hostage because we decided to leave. If you are not a big corporation like the Marriott or the Hyatt etc,,, stay far away! Using this company will cost thousands and give you countless sleepless nights! what a nightmare!
