Amazing Analytics Tool

Overall: This tool has definitely helped me improve my site based on data such as user device screen resolution, bounce rate etc. so definitely worth it. If you manage websites for your clients, this tool will make it easier for them to understand the data, because it's user-friendly.Pros: 1) Visitor Analytics is simple to use, one script and you are off the mark. 2) The most crucial information you need is tracked. Such as visitors GEO location, bounce rate, referrer information etc. and if you take it one step further, you can create UTM based campaigns as well that you can use to track more information 3) The support is just amazing. CEO himself comes on chat and interacts with you. And I've had the privilege of talking to him at length on this product and trust me, the vision he has for Visitor Analytics is one that's exciting, from Google Ads integration to in-depth tracking, what he wants for this product is crystal clear. For him alone, this product is worth it.Cons: This tool is still in it's development phase so to speak, and as such, the amount of information you will find might be limited versus tools such as Matamo and GA. But with time and user feedback, I know they will turn everything around.

Exceptional Support from Visitor…

Exceptional Support from Visitor AnalyticsI requested assistance with an issue that I was having with the page names being shown on my site's Visitor Analytics statistics page. Raul provided a very timely response as to the cause of the problem which had to do with how i had created the pages. He also provided guidance on where I could go to find a resolution in Wix. After the ticket was closed, Raul continued to research the problem and the next day provided me with additional guidance that allowed me to completely resolve my issue. Truly an example of Exceptional support.

What do you like best about TWIPLA?

The best thing about Visitor Analytics is its UI which is very very user friendly. And gives the accurate website traffic statistics. How many customers we had online,how many used refferals and how many converted into buying something. So we get clear idea of customer mindsets.

What do you dislike about TWIPLA?

I don't think there is anything to dislike about this app which gives not only the traffic statistics but also the behaviour of customers by reviews.

What problems is TWIPLA solving and how is that benefiting you?

I run small online business. I really need to know what my customers are looking for. What are the products, discounts or refferals they need It gives the real time data so I know that what customer is looking to buy and I can push forward that item or give the instant discounts . It's great in terms to understand your customers.

"Best way to track the website analytics"

What do you like best about TWIPLA?

For the small business website, it is a very useful tool to track and analyze website traffic. it helps to create the funnels and increase the conversion rate. I found the Visitor analytics UI is very good and simple.

What do you dislike about TWIPLA?

I don't find any dislike in this visitor Analytics App, Sometimes I need to refresh the page to get the updated data. Anyhow, we can manage this for small businesses.

What problems is TWIPLA solving and how is that benefiting you?

I like the simplicity of the Application, it won't have many complexities like google analytics. monitoring the visitor to track which devices they are coming from is difficult.
