The ease of presentation and the the flexibility of recalculating the data.

I've had users tell me the filtering process can get a little confusing sometimes

We've developed a Stay Interview process which is being rolled out by region to the company. We found an improvement in retention since initiating the Stay Interviews. Labor Stress Index to identify our non-union locations and what the chances might be of them being unionized. Living Wage comparisons to see which Jobs in what Locations are behind paid below the Living Wage established by MITs Living Wage Institute.

I appreciate the ease of use regarding putting together graphs and data, particularly from across different sources. One of the most difficult parts of data analytics is getting all the relevant data together and cleaned up. Visier does a great job of this and takes away the need to constantly worry if the data is available and ready for use. It is very easy to integrate a variety of data sources into the system and utilize them within the same analysis which makes data driven decision more accessible and quicker.

There are some challenges regarding customizing graphs and layouts, especially for those that come from Tableau or PowerBI shops where you have more customization ability. There are also some advanced analytics that cannot be done in the system such as chi square analysis, etc. The need to create projects in Studio to do certain changes within the system can get cumbersome at times.

Visier is solving the issue of needing to get all the data from various sources into one space and cleaning it, which is arguably one of the most important yet cumbersome steps. It is providing a great view into our organization through people data and is a great tool to use to tell an analytical story with for our leaders.

I love the potential to leverage the tool in the same ways I leverage AI, rather than create elaborate, cumbersome dashboards

The only issue I can see so far is more due to our new configuration of using a data lake. To make any sort of large scale change, requires significant time and resources. Smallprice to pay for automation

We're trying to streamline how our team uses TA data to show up to the business as trusted advisors and shape the discussion. We came from Tableau, which had some great features, but ultimately didnt serve our needs Going live in Visier has been a great experience for us so far.

Visier makes it easy to consume and visualize data. A picture is worth 1000 words!

If data doesn't exist in a certain format in your organization's systems, you may not be able to use some of the more appealing features (for example, department hierarchies and career paths).

Also, their model seems to be changing so that it's not as easy to onboard new data as it used to be. Now, we have to either buy a new module, pay for project work, or figure out how to do it ourselves, when before we'd just work with them to figure it out.

That they help you understand how to fundamentally build an analytics function and have the tools and resources to guide you. They know what they are doing and can provide best practices on using the system but also on how to build out your function. They are making implementation so easy with every meeting and guide provided. The support they provide is excellent and excels any other vendor I have worked with.

University could use more videos and be more interactive. It has been hard for me to get through the training.
