What do you like best about Vindicia?

The snapshot summary that we get to see twice a week of how we're doing (what % success rate Vindicia is having with the volumes we're sending). Really makes it easy to see the value!

What do you dislike about Vindicia?

Still feels like a new product so unsure of full reporting capabilities. The Vindicia team have been very open to hearing our suggestions however, so not a concern.

What problems is Vindicia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Reduce churn - Vindicia is capturing payments we would have given up on.

We have used Vindicia for years and when we recently ran into an issue, our team members at Vindicia really stepped up to help us solve it.

The communication from Vindicia hasn't always been excellent, but recently, that has significantly improved.

We use Vindicia to help improve our authorization rates on our subscription business. Vindicia has been successful in helping us realizing incremental revenue.

COMPREHENSIVE SUBSCRIPTION PLATFORM

What do you like best about Vindicia?

The API's are easy to work with and cover everything we needed. The connect module really simplified our user identity. The subscription management payment processing gave us an immediate ROI so that was very helpful!

What do you dislike about Vindicia?

Not really much to dislike. They changed the name so its a little confusing when your training new people.

Compare to other payment methods I have been integrating, Vindicia was good balance between, the payment method provider who knew what they are into and fast/effective support.

What do you dislike about Vindicia?

There were hoops to jump through, and some tests can not be performed in some env etc. but that is part of life with credit card payment providers.

What problems is Vindicia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Needed to provide credit card payment method where our system had lot of concepts implemented in our own way. It provided better security.

Difficult and error prone across setup, integration and billing

What do you like best about Vindicia?

Integrated with my acquirer so cash settlement is easy

What do you dislike about Vindicia?

The setup & Integration Process is too picky & nuanced. API is not robust enough to process transactions effectively. Invoicing is mistake prone and not accurate. Reporting out is lacking, inconsistent, and non-existent in some ways.

What problems is Vindicia solving and how is that benefiting you?

Helping us to collect outstanding invoices. Financially it seems to be beneficial helpful, but lack of reporting makes it hard to know how much.

Half the time the service desk is disconnected from the end user.

It's been a huge pain

What do you like best about Vindicia?

Support of different payment gateways is not bad.

What do you dislike about Vindicia?

Extreme lack of reporting tools, web console is clunky, limited, buggy, and ugly. I also find the subscriptions / billing models annoying to work with, requires well thought out design on client end, and changing anything is difficult.

Finding out why API calls fail generally requires a ticket to their support to look into the matter.
