We've been using Vincere as our CRM

We've been using Vincere as our CRM, and I recently had two fantastic sessions with our Customer Success Manager, Sunny. She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely keen to help us get more out of the platform.

In both meetings, I learned new features and best practices that I hadn’t come across before. I have no doubt that when I put her advice into practice that there will be a noticeable difference in how we use the system day-to-day.

I’d happily recommend Vincere, not only for the CRM itself but also for the quality of customer support. It would be great to continue these sessions on a quarterly basis—they’ve been that valuable.

I've now been using Vincere for a couple of months and am loving how streamlined the platform is for my recruiting business. I had a few challenges initially when getting set up and learning the different features, however, both Piriyaankha and Ivy have been extremely helpful with their support and things are now flowing as they should. Loving the CRM/ATS and would highly recommend! Thank you both!
