It is one of the best tools to create all our ideas in a dynamic and very innovative way, it is very easy to use and allows us to collect all the ideas to be able to create a single completely personalized one and carry out an analysis of the process of all our ideas.

there are no functions that we dislike, it is incredible to be able to manage and share ideas to improve the experience of the clients, through Viima we can evaluate all the ideas that the clients offer us to create continuous improvements in the innovation of our products.

Manchmal ist die Schnittstelle zur Extraktion statistischer Daten aus den im Programm entwickelten Ideen nicht intuitiv. Es wäre eine gute Idee, einen direkteren Weg der Datenextraktion für das externe Management zu entwickeln, um Daten für den Rest des Unternehmens sammeln zu können.

Seit der Einführung des Programms und seiner Vorstellung bei den Mitarbeitern des Unternehmens konnten wir in verschiedenen Abteilungen mit der Entwicklung technischer und organisatorischer Verbesserungen beginnen und so Anregungen für die Verbesserung unserer internen Abläufe oder die Anschaffung neuer Instrumente erhalten, mit denen wir unsere Anforderungen erfüllen können. Mit Viima können wir unsere Bedürfnisse viel schneller erkennen und entsprechende Maßnahmen ergreifen, indem wir alle Innovationen und die dahinter stehenden Prozesse bis zu ihrer Umsetzung aufzeichnen.

To scale the service development, our organization needs certain amount of structure and common agile ways of working. Viima is now helping us with that. With Viima we can collect lots of insights and ideas from the whole organization; from drivers, operations, sales, customer service, etc. We do not only engage the whole organization to service development, but we now also have transparency to the whole process; from idea to benefits realization. And most importantly, with Jira integration we can easily move validated and prioritized ideas from Viima to our development backlog in Jira. Ideas that improve customer experience and support our strategic goals.

We have received lots of feedback from all over our organization and the overall user experience has been very positive. Employees feel that the platform is user-friendly, visual, and it allows us to customize most of the fields if needed. And if we have questions, we can usually find an answer from Viima Knowledge Base. If not, we send a question to Viima support and they provide us an answer quite fast.

I like all features. However, some minor things could be improved - eg. Customer Experience could be taken into account in "Impact Assessment". It would also be good if on "Statistics" page the status of the ideation process could be filtered based on a certain time period. But I am sure that Viima has already thought about these and these features will be improved at some point.

Viima works for many different use cases and engages employees. It is easy to use and is an amazing tool with integration to Jira.

We have a very large organization and lots of ideas. With Viima we can collect ideas, different business and customer needs from different sources and parts of organization to one centralized place. Even though we have lots of ideas, those are still being reviewed and moving forward in the process. Viima enables us to have multiple boards for different needs. Those boards are owned by dedicated teams who will make sure that all ideas are being commented and evaluated. The best ideas are then moved to our Portfolio board. That provides full transparency to our service development. The whole organization can follow how ideas are progressing; from idea all the way to benefits realization.

Viima is really easy to use, fun, engaging, and enables collecting ideas from all over the organization so that everyone can participate in ideation and continuous development. Also from the admin side its easy to setup and manage. In addition, their support team has always been really helpful. Overall a great tool.

We have identified some minor features that would be nice to have. For example, to send automatic reminders to category owners when an idea has been in status "New" for X days. But otherwise, there are no significant downsides to Viima.

Viima helps us to collect development ideas from a vast amount of people across the organization. And it's not just collecting ideas - because of the social aspect people can comment on other's ideas to develop them further.

It has been an excellent experience so far. We were able to build our board almost exactly how we envisioned it. Very easy to use for all user levels.

You cannot customize some features. An example is alert emails should go to the idea Admins but instead we have to let our executive team knows there are new ideas.

We use Viima for our Innovation portal. We have had numerous ideas collected in Viima, and had three different challenges for teams to innovate. The benefit to Viima is we can hold an idea from being implemented until there is a need for it, without losing sight of the idea by putting the idea into a different category.

Excellent visualization and team engagement. The activity was easy to configure and administer and the interface was extremely easy for our participants to master. We were very pleased with the volume and depth of the comments and the degree to which participants revisited the pool of ideas to add more input.

No downsides. I love the tool. I am looking forward to exploring the Microsoft Teams integration and seeing what's in store in terms of visualization and idea management. We used Viima for idea gathering and I would like to help our organization move beyond that to evaluation, management, selection, and eventual integration with our strategic planning and project management processes.

We have a large community that has grown weary of surveys and other traditional efforts to generate ideas. Participation rates have been very low and Viima offers a much more visible, social, and engaging experience that aligns well with our busy, asynchronous lives. Most recently, we used Viima during our Future of Learning Week to engage the entire community in ideation around several technologies and practices identified as critical to the future of learning. Compared to the in-person events we facilitated that week, our Viima board drew significantly more unique participants and contributions.

The Viima interface is really immersive and presents all ideas in the simplest possible way. All the information you need is in one place and you don't have to click through numerous different screens to get to the answer you are looking for. The interfaces is really super impressive! The transitions and how different modules on the platform flow into each other make it a lot of fun to use.

My biggest disappointment with the Viima platform is the fact that they do not offer a fully on-premises solution which limits the type of data that can be placed on the platform in a security conscious industry, cloud-averse defense industry.

This company is really amazing to work with. They have an awesome support team and a really great marketing department that works overtime to get things done just the way you need them to be. Niclas and the team went all out to make sure that all the questions we had were answered. They were open and honest about their product offering with regards to our requirements and proved to be a really great vendor.

Viima enables the gathering of ideas from employees in a central place and makes those ideas visible to others, allowing different ideas to feed off each other and form a massive "snowball" of ideas the will just keeps on gathering momentum. Viima allows us to categorise the ideas we get in and see the statuses of each idea individually.

I like Viima, it allows us to create change plans for our organizational structure, we can innovate, collaborate, visualize and evaluate the data in search of viable solutions.

We can see the current state of the effort and the changes that are taking place thanks to the dashboards.

Adapting various features of Viima to the needs of the company was a challenge, but we appreciated the constant attention and detail of customer service.
