I really like Viedoc's easy-to-use interface, which site users often find straightforward. The ability to design your own study in a fun and challenging way is another aspect I appreciate.

The entire user authentication has been a burden on site users and study managers. Not so easy when we used Viedoc's designers.

I really appreciate the database design visibility in Viedoc, as it helps limit what is seen by our data entry staff, reducing a lot of data entry errors. The APIs are also a fantastic feature, allowing us to set up schedules to export data seamlessly. The initial training was extensive and allowed us to start designing studies almost immediately, which was very beneficial. Additionally, the support team is almost always available to assist us if we have questions, which is great. Viedoc's pricing is better, and the tool is far more advanced compared to the previous EDC tools we used.

Sometimes in the designer, when duplicating a field that already existed in a design, and you make updates to the duplicated field and try to save, it doesn't save or tell you why. You then have to go back into the form and add a new item and update it. Only then can you save. This only happens with some control types and some forms. Also, there are security aspects that annoy me, like the Web API secret key expiring every year, which I keep forgetting to renew. I do however understand that it has to be there.

I use Viedoc for designing clinical trials and real-time database visibility, which limits data seen by entry staff, reducing errors. It exports data for downstream tasks with flexible APIs, scheduling data exports and avoiding errors common in other systems.

I find Viedoc to be an easy, user-friendly CDMS, which greatly simplifies data coding and review. The process of generating reports is quick and the ability to easily filter and navigate through the system is a big plus. I especially appreciate how queries are easily tracked and managed. The query resolution feature stands out for me because it's simple to download and navigate all queries, and I can easily re-query a field and see the query history. I also enjoy using the built-in coder and being able to go directly to the term for queries by selecting it in the coder. Viedoc is time-saving and incredibly easy to navigate. Its initial setup was very easy and user-friendly, which added to the overall positive experience.

I would prefer that when you select a query and resolve/reraise it, that Viedoc does not automatically exit the participant as sometimes the resolution of the query is dependent on another form that needs to be checked/reviewed before exiting the participant.

Viedoc is user-friendly for CDMS, simplifies coding and data review, makes report generation quick and easy, and efficiently tracks queries. The built-in coder and navigation save time by making query resolution seamless.

The UI of Viedoc really motivates me to work in it because it looks so user-friendly and colourful. The navigation in Viedoc is also very straightforward, making it easy for everyone to understand and use. Switching between different studies is especially helpful, and the loading time is minimal, which helps us work faster.

One thing I disliked is that I couldn’t export the deleted pages/forms as a separate report. They only appear along with the current forms in a single PDF for the subject. It would be really helpful if we were able to generate and download a report that includes only the deleted pages.

Whenever we raise a ticket, the Viedoc team responds immediately. They either work to resolve the issue or provide us with an update on its status. This quick action from the Viedoc team is truly appreciated, and we are thankful for their support.

I love that Viedoc report programming is in R as this language is so versatile. The ability to customize the reports and not only be forced to use the default reports is great, as sponsors can be quite specific in what they want in reports. It was super easy to set up Viedoc initially.

I do not like how limited the R libraries are.

I use Viedoc to build studies in EDCs for sites and report data analysis findings to sponsors, addressing both of these needs.

Easy to use, both as a Designer and for site. ViedocMe also works great as a diarytool. Great customer support as well.

Not much to dislike but if I would change one thing it would be to update the welcome screen. The 'bookshelf' is fine if you only have a couple of studies but if you have multiple studies it does take some time to find the study. Maybe an additional row or the ability to minimize it.

We use Viedoc as our EDC system in all our studies (CRO company).

I like that Viedoc generates reports in R, and I found the initial setup to be very easy.

I wish there were more libraries for reports in Viedoc.
