I really like the quality of the video and the quality of the environmental sensors on Verkada. They have been beneficial in situations like alerting us to high temperatures and HVAC failures in our server room. The ability to track people through video in and out of certain areas is incredibly helpful. The setup was also very easy, which was great.

Perhaps a streamlined login interface would be helpful.

I find Verkada incredibly easy to set up, which took less than a few minutes. It's great not having to worry about carrying a keycard anymore since everything is registered to my mobile device. My security and IT team can grant me access just by waving my phone over a small device on the wall. It's very convenient for gaining easy access to the building, restrooms, and office spaces, with everyone having a key connected to their phone or smartwatch.

There's no backup if I forget my phone. Without my mobile device, I can't access the building at all.

The full ecosystem of products and functionality work incredibly well together. Still some separation in the admin experience but it’s getting better. They are pushing forward with new products and better functionality and a good pace. The support services and warranty support are second to none. Our internal teams love the ease of use, quality of the product and continue to find more uses to support and improve our manufacturing operations. I would definitely recommend the product and the overall experience with Verkada has been a true partnership.

They are pushing into AI capabilities but so is most of the industry. The progress is there, but slow. Would love to see them expand into detecting more actions and proactive safety alerts,

There really isn't much I can say that I dislike. Reporting around Alarms has caused a minor inconvenience
