No complaints honestlly. Perhaps a improvement would be to compare competitor prices when it comes to Healthcare prices

I like that the application is quick to respond, meaning it opens immediately, even after my PC is just connected to Wifi/booted up. There is no lag, delay, or freezing I've experienced.

No complaints. This is not a daily used application for me, only when I work remote

Takes some time getting used to but once you learn the system, it becomes second nature.

Give it a try. It can be really helpful for your agency. While it takes some practice, it becomes really easy to use.

The company I ran point for at the time identified a few minor bugs (unable to create certain docs) on the tablets they used in the field, but they were corrected in the next update.

They have exceptional customer service for their products. I have used their online help as well and everyone is always informatve and helpful with the products and services.

Verizon is expensive. Not within a lot of peoples budgets.

If you compare their product to others, you will find that they are worth the cost to have your identity secure and the exceptional customer service that comes with it.

My identity is safe and i have some peace of mind whenever i am working with them.

Link to verizon account is nice. Other features are ok.

Rather poor design, terrible user interface.

Use this if for some reason you can't use other authentication services such as Google Authenticator. No real reason to use otherwise.

They do provide a support system for you to use in case of emergencies, however this is the only piece I would consider when looking at its positives.

The long wait time when the customer is in an emergency has created many employees stress and anxiety as the issues they have been calling about have been serious, need-to-know now issues.

We are solving no business problems at this time, but rather this was an opportunity for people to be spared future problems.

The fact that this software is developed by a mobile carrier makes it easy for use on a smart phone. People typically spend more time on their smart phones and hence, this is a convenient feature to use. While browsing websites, it is easy to integrate passwords in the software and keep it all organized. As long as the company keeps using Verizon services, this is a great app (since in addition to the fast Verizon network, this is a great service app to have).

The interface is not very friendly. It is easy to add passwords, but to edit, remove or customize preferences is not very straight-forward. At some point, it becomes annoying that the software asks for remembering passwords. It would be more beneficial to allow the user to make the choice of whether he or she would like to save passwords or not. Another big disadvantage is that the service is tied to Verizon. If I switch from Verizon to another phone carrier service, I am not sure how reliable is it to use the software on another carrier's network or phone device.

The software helps the business operations by keeping all the business software passwords organized and in one application. Companies that use Verizon for their phone service find it more convenient since the software easily integrates into the Verizon service. The fact that the software is installed on Verizon phones, decreases a lot of concerns on security.
