What do you like best about Verizon Contact Center Solutions?
The ease of use was impeccable, making it very efficient to use when dealing with customer inquiries and performing account maintenance and changes. It did not disappoint me at all. It is easy to use and very user-friendly. The resolution rate, especially the first call resolution, is impeccably high and very consistent.
What do you dislike about Verizon Contact Center Solutions?
We had some issues with Verizon regarding speed. Sometimes I have to call several times to get through, and then sometimes they put me on hold for a while. Because I don't have a flexible schedule, I couldn't stay on hold for more than 10 minutes at a time. They are very slow to start, contain multiple bugs or glitches that cause long periods of 'freezing', tend to lag, and go through an above-average amount of repair and maintenance downtime.
What problems is Verizon Contact Center Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?
This helps me stay connected, it also helps me not get lost on the roads because of its strong signal. Mainly the hardware troubleshooting. My company is just getting different lines and numbers for different employees, and Verizon is the only company that can handle our rapid growth, even in situations where we can't handle it. An easier transition when new employees are joining our team, utilizing this contact center.

Really good service and support
What do you like best about Verizon Contact Center Solutions?
What I really like is that it is user friendly and easy to navigate. It was easy for me to make changes to accounts and other things. I used this while traveling around and it worked great! Connected everywhere. The contact solutions center is very good and the people there are easy to talk to and very helpful.
What do you dislike about Verizon Contact Center Solutions?
The only thing is that it takes a while to get a hold of the contact solutions center. Sometimes I have to call couple times to get through and then sometimes they put me on hold for a while.
Recommendations to others considering Verizon Contact Center Solutions?
Keep in mind that it takes a while to get a hold of them and they will put you on hold for some time. So you need to have a lot of time allowed to speak with them.
What problems is Verizon Contact Center Solutions solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use it for all of our Verizon phones that everyone in the company has.

What do you like best about Verizon Contact Center Solutions?
Verizon has great connection and it is available where no other services reach. It is perfect to-go place to search common questions and find their answers. Most of the time my issues are solved right there and then. very few time, i needed to call customer center (for which the option is provided right there). Assistant staff is very knowledgeable
What do you dislike about Verizon Contact Center Solutions?
Contacting the customer care person is bit time consuming.

What do you like best about Verizon Contact Center Solutions?
Verizon is hands down the best carrier, they have a fantastic customer service team and always go above and beyond to answer questions via email or in person.
What do you dislike about Verizon Contact Center Solutions?
Sometimes the turnaround time can be a bit longer than anticipated, but it is always well worth the wait as they precisely answer all my questions. I have had a bit of trouble with password access too, since multiple people can access multiple different accounts. At times, this is frustrating because they are very strict with their passwords and often times I have even needed to provide a social security number of one of my boss's, but at the end of the day, it is better to be safer than sorry so I can respect and understand why they implement so much red tape.
Recommendations to others considering Verizon Contact Center Solutions?
Always go with Verizon, they have the most coverage and the most customer service in the nation. I truly feel like they are not only the best in customer services but also the best in general -- their business model, employees, stores, website, applications, everything is easy to manage and maneuver and it is always a pleasure to work with them either in person in one of their brick and mortar stores or on the phone with them.

Pretend you are asking questions to the call center you would normally as for the current company you have. Ask the Verizon folks these same questions and see if they communicate and lead you clearly.

The contact center solutions is a great place to seek answers to common questions. They are very helpful and always seemed willing to help out. If they were unable to help then they would seek assistance from other departments. Great!
What do you dislike about Verizon Contact Center Solutions?
The only think I can think of is that it is frustrating in the beginning with the various menu options, but this is a minute point in my opinion.
