It saves your IT team from the need for daily data management overhead and strict corporate and legal standards. You can specify policys on your Vault server, archive them according to a certain day in the direction of these policys, or you can archive them according to the occupancy rate in the mail quota. Users can access their archived mail through the Enterprise Vault Web Search interface.

The best thing we love about enterprise vault is the support we get for any issues, the team manging EV is highly Skilled, and they have proper KBs published for each issues.

the GUI is not so modest and also not so user friendly sometimes.

I love that I can go back a year and find an email I need. Easy to use and I always find what I need. Also, we recently experienced an email crash, but I could still access my emails and even reply to emails from Veritas. Veritas really saved me!

I don't have many complaints but I think they could clean up the interface a little. This is not a very huge issue since it is a backup.

I never lose an email with Veritas. I can always go back and find communication with customers which is huge! As mentioned before, it's also a great solution for when outlook goes down.

I love being able to implement Veritas and Dropbox together. This allows me to keep my Dropbox files, where my company has stayed for years, and allows me to have another level of protection and security.

I dislike the difficulty of switching between profiles and also forwarding files to other people outside of Veritas.

Regardless of where you are in your business, Veritas Enterprise Vault can help you get to the next stage. It is meant for all businesses.

Easy of use and features. Archived emails are easy for users to access. Works very well without constant administration.

Setup could be less cumbersome. Administrator console could have a better layout.

Searching through archives is amazingly fast. Search options are available to get very granular.

I've had a few syncing issues with Office 365, especially when a user leaves and then returns later.

E-mail archiving primarily, it's come in handy several times during investigations.

The ease of implementation. The company was using Microsoft Exchange and we waned to amake sure that we have a robust archiving solution . The GUI is self explanatory and guide you through all the steps and the management console makes life of Administrator easy.

At this point there is nothing specific but will prefer to have support even during the evaluation period as we are testing the solution

Veritas is a pioneer in Data Management and its integration with other product line gives a complete solution rather managing it through different interface. Especially for archiving VERITAS EV is the best we have tested !!!

We wanted to make sure that we have a solid archiving solution as we are a legal firm. Also the storage is other big concern and trying to solve it with Veritas EV deduplication technology.
