What I appreciate most about Veriscreen is its ease of use. Since our staff is quite small, we need a solution that doesn't demand much effort from us. With Veriscreen, volunteers are able to submit most of the necessary information themselves, which greatly simplifies our process.

Up to this point, I have not encountered any issues with the Veriscreen system.

Veriscreen offers affordable background checks, which is especially important for us as a non-profit organization. Keeping costs low enables us to thoroughly vet our volunteers and make sure they are safe before they interact with the students we serve.

They have a quick link to send to our applicants for them to fill in details to complete the background check. Their turnaround is super quick, mostly within 24 hours.

Quick turnaround with consideration for employment contingencies with our hiring practices and which positions we can best utilize our people.

Very easy to use, results are usually very fast. Immediate response from customer service if needed (and you get the same team always) & they will follow up with the court if a result comes back with questions from us.

Nothing at all, other than the newly-implemented fee for credit card use, but that is becoming more and more standard with businesses now.

I appreciated the ease of use of Veriscreen. I was able to quickly enter information, submit it, and receive a response in order for my team to go forward with plans for our event. I was able to send multiple requests at a time which assisted with ease of implementation. Some of my entries were flagged, but customer support made solving those issues very simple and straightforward.

I had no issues using the product or contacting customer service.

That the fingerprinting process for applicants is run much smoother than my previous provider. Applicant was able to setup a time for fingerprinting and they got the results back to us in less than 10 business days.
