What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management?
it is easy to use especially for beginners. We use it to track our schedules and it is very versatile as we used to use it for quality evaluations in my previous job.

logging in sometimes can be frustrating as it tends to log you out very often.

Accurate Forecasting and Seamless Workforce Planning with Verint WFM
What do you like best about Verint Workforce Management?
I like how Verint WFM helps me with forecasting, scheduling, and adherence tracking for my agents. I also like the real-time monitoring adherence view, and it helps to improve my workforce planning accuracy.
What do you dislike about Verint Workforce Management?
I experience that sometimes when generating reports, it takes time to reload the results. I am also having some confusion about customizing my dashboard. But once everything is configured properly, it performs well and smoothly.
What problems is Verint Workforce Management solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, I was using Excel for tracking and scheduling our users/agents. But when I started using Verint, I could easily automate scheduling our agents and create accurate forecasts. It really helps reduce scheduling conflicts, and it improves my overall productivity.
