The value in what the monthly fee is far superior to other 3rd party review companies. The ease at which our customers can leave reviews is much easier than other review platforms; they don't spam your clients after they leave a review. No yearly contracts, they do business in a way that is fair-trade, I absolutely love Verified Reviews after working with Trustpilot for years and it being a battle with them in every way. Trustpilot allowed some of our customers to use their platform to extort our company in several instances - I would never ever work with TrustPilot!

UPDATE:

The verified reviews team is always 100% responsive. We switch e-commerce platforms and they helped us all the way to make sure the new integration was flawless. Even the US director called us to make sure all was set up correctly.

They constantly add new features that are very useful.
