One of the best tools of Velocity EHS is Human Tech, that tool will save you a lot of time in ergonomics assessments and provide you a structured path to propose improvements and execute changes in your operations.
Probably there is nothing that i dislike about Velocity EHS because the environment is very intuitive

I like its ease of use when you get into the location for use you are searching for.
The web page is cumbersome and difficult to navigate for the users that are new to the product. It always takes a lot of time to train staff on its use.

Customer support and account manager don't typically work same hours as our members so sometimes there are delays with responding to email requests/questions.
Reliability and validity of our ergonomics risk assessment tools and our ability to have an all-in-one solution for an improvement process; an interdisciplinary team approach and a management database for our leadership.
This software is straightforward to use and administer. The best feature is when a manufacturer updates an SDS, and the system automatically notifies the administrator of the update. The administrator then reviews the SDS, and when they approve the SDS, it automatically puts the new SDS in the location you tell it to and archives the old version of the SDS.
As with any database, there is a lot of work upfront. You can pay the team at MSDS Online to do all of the upfront work or you can do part of it yourself to save money and your time. So this isn't something I dislike, as it is more of a "Just the way it is" item.
The main problem this solves, like most organizations, is keeping all of your SDS's organized and up to date. This software makes it easy to do. It also makes locating SDS'd easy. The library of SDS's is extensive, and most other SDS's searches utilize the MSDS Online database.
The industrial ergonomics program makes ergonomic assessments so much easier, faster and more accurate.
The new login system is frustrating. It often requires multiple logins (get to home page then try to navigate away and it makes you log in again) and the new site just seems to crash/not work at all more frequently.

The thing I like best about VelocityEHS is their system's flexibility to support a company as large and as diverse as ours and their customer service! We've been a customer long enough to struggle with the name change and have gone through many iterations of our instance of VelocityEHS. All through our journey VelocityEHS was right there with us, providing full support.
Some features could use a bit of updating. An example of this is the ability to have a dynamic form to lessen the "burden" on the end user for simple tasks like job observations or small direct audits. Currently, the system will display every question in the observation/audit regardless of any inputs from the user. This can make it burdensome when trying to focus the data input on a specific input. Secondly, we have limited control over modifying our data inputs and report manipulation. If we want to change something, we often have to open a project or live with the inconvenience.
With hundreds of locations all around the world that speak various languages, it was difficult to ensure we gather relevant data consistently. This challenge is exacerbated by mergers and acquisitions along the way. This platform allowed our organization to drive standards in metric data entry, incident reporting and driving accountability into every facet of our organization.
The ability to create incident search custom reports to quickly see key information. And having the ability to export reports to excel is good for creating user friendly charts and graphs. Velocity has removed the need to conduct investigations on paper forms so no more chasing people for information.
I am not keen on the built-in report graphs. Our users have complained when updating information on an incident, if they add details on a page then navigate to another page the information is not automatically saved. Perhaps a warning box pop up to remind them to save the changes before leaving the page would be useful.
Prior to using velocity for inputting incidents, we used an old data management software package that was very limited. The developer was no longer willing to support it because they had transferred to a web-based system. So, recording, tracking, and communicating the relevant information throughout the organisation was labour intensive.
