We use it here at my work to have access to documents frecuency of use, also is great to review complex documentation we received and it is easy to follow, I really like the quick response of the Customer support department and how easy is to make the integration.

At first is not easy to understand it, but once you start using it, it is easy. For me it is very helpful because I can check confidential information

Veena vault RIM is the is important tool to manage, review and save the document. The interface is very user friendly. In clinical trail industry it used to save all trial document with important trainings.

Some important tabs are not on the home page. It take some time to perform some task. For example when we complete any training in veeva vault we have to go medidate part of Veena vault to sing the page.

When we are working on or uploading multiple documents it gets slows down.

Veena Vault RIM solving the important problem in documentation. We can save the document online and anyone can access the document at anytime. We can review and approve the document such as protocol, CCI and study plan.

It is very organized and easy to use! It is also easy to train on.

They are working on allowing a place to store information (primarily regulatory) that can be utilized.

Veeva allows document management very easy and efficient especially in the cell therapy industry, where FDA filings and regulatory compliance is crucial.

The search tool can be improved, it is difficult to search for a document type without typing in an accurate word from the document title. So if you don't know what you are looking for exactly, you might have to go through a bunch of documents.

It streamlined the process of document review, QA control, applying training to personnel and version tracking.

It is very easy to control roles which makes the level of access for a big oraganisation easy.

Veeva Vault RIM is a comprehensive and complex system that can house many documents (document repository). It is a user-friendly system. Vault RIM can also be used for initiating workflows for the review of documents. It has an audit trail and report history, which is very useful for project tracking and project progress. Single and multi-document workflows can be initiated, depending on project needs. Personnel can also approve documents and provide electronic signatures.

The signature page is not attached to the actual document but is located in the medidata portion of Vault RIM. Additional steps need to be taken to locate the signature under additional tabs. Sometimes, it is difficult to locate documents in Veeva Vault RIM and filters need to be used to assist in locating specific documents. During workflow reviews, workflow owners are required to click "complete" twice or their task/workflow will not complete.

Review and approval of documents, such as study plans, narratives, CSR and others. The benefits: the review comments are in one central location and can be access even after the workflow is completed. The system has access to versioning and it's possible to locate previous versions of documents, which is often very helpful. Vault RIM also has a audit trail history and this is helpful for study/project progress and tracking purposes.

The tool is implemented on Veeva Vault to support fully end to end functionality of Registrations, Submission, Publishing.

Nothing so far. Only some minor limitations.

Veeva RIM Suite is one of the best RIM application available around. It is very easy to use to store and archive for all the Regulatory Information of the company’s products.

Nothing much to dislike. The user interface can be improved like more shortcut buttons, separate tab for correspondence.

This application has really been helpful at work to archive, retrieve and find submissions, correspondences and other product related information.
