Can't really think of anything, the mobile platform had some inconveniences but they were all solved pretty quickly.

Spending, resource allocation, asset management and service outages/issues.

Benefits realized are solutions to items above, being able to communicate and collaborate with my VCom team.

com helps with everything from order management to invoicing processing, so you can focus on getting work done, so I'd recommend so much this app to everybody that need it

I really don't dislike anything because they help you with everything that u need in life so i recommend this app so much for everybody that needs time and work

I like how easy and simple it is to use. Personally, I've had a lot of struggles to find something like this and this just saves a lot of time. It makes things a lot more simpler.

I think it's good in a lot of aspects but there are some faculties in this like most products and this could use some faster work maybe it's just my wifi I wouldn't be able to tell.

It's helping me solve plenty of business problems actually. Marketing and software development are my stronger points so this came in really useful when i used it.

Expense management is an area we are focusing on as we go into 2020. vManager makes it really easy to drill into the details and find the answers we need.

From the dashboard, there are some charts that are very helpful. I'd like to be able to make some of these charts larger, but it is currently a limitation of the software.

The software is very easy to use and understand.

Expense reduction, such as identifying lines that are not being used, or determining there are branches with too many lines, has been very helpful in our expense management efforts.

I like that it helps people like me in IT to split the vendors and customers contracts

I don't dislike much I just wish they will update the website often

I like how I can check if one of my stores is being managed by vCom and the ability to submit trouble tickets.

I honestly don’t know too much about the software to dislike anything. There address other things to do that I haven’t gotten around to.

Having someone else manage internet Andy phone accounts. Saves finding out how to install services.
