Since incorporating Vantaca into our operations in 2019, I have thoroughly enjoyed using the software to manage our communities. One of my favorite features is the ability to consolidate emails, notes, and documents into a single action item. This functionality is invaluable for tracking vendors and streamlining monthly meetings. Vantaca offers an array of features and capabilities, and I’m excited about the upcoming upgrades and new additions planned for 2025.

It takes a little longer for some of the upgrades to be implemented.

They have improved the messages aspect to have it mirrior emails

Vantaca is very user-friendly and the layout of the features is very intuitive.

When you view on a laptop (vs a larger monitor) the screen has to be zoomed out to see the full picture. This makes it hard to navigate without a large screen.

Vantaca has created a platform that has many benefits for myself as an administrator, for financial data managment for our clients, and transparency for our clients to see and access their data in real-time.

It has everything you need to Manage your property management from ARCs, work orders accounting violations and its so easy to use on your mobile devise as well. I also love that AI feature that is being built in

There are a few things that can have some upgrades to, but they are minor

Not very many problem. This has been great for all my management needs. There are wish list things, but that is from my prospective vs globle changes. But I have always appreciated the attention Vantaca puts in to the software as they go along. It has come a long way since I started using it in 2019.

We have been using Vantaca as our software database. Vantaca consistently stands out as a leader as it streamlines processes and improves efficiency.

Vantaca is dedicated to growth. They are constantly moving to stay ahead of the game.

Vantaca's onboarding team is second to none. The Vantaca team has put A LOT of thought, time, and effort into making sure onboarding goes smoothly. From their skilled staff, ongoing meetings, to their organization tools, it was a seamless process.

Vantaca's third party integrations are also second to none. What struck me as exceptional is that Vantaca maintains relationships with key third-party partners to ensure their API connections are as best as they can be. We are saving hours and hours of labor due to Vantaca's great integrations.

Able to follow up and review documents while corresponding with others.

Still learning new features, I haven't found anything yet.

Managing projects, which is aiding in keeping the information needed easier to obtain.

Vantaca is easy to use with powerful features that help in creating efficient and accurate HOA Accounting Financials. The Vantaca team is constantly improving the product on a monthly basis and is always looking for feedback and ideas from the users. The ease of intergration with multiple banks ensures easy bank account reconciatlion and up to date transaction date posting in the software and bank registers.

The only downside with Vantaca is the software support when issues or problems arrise. It is difficult to talk to someone directly over the phone and their ticket system takes to long to solve issues that impact the HOA management company and their customers.

Vantaca is a all in one software for the HOA management industry. It creates enoumous efficienies in the accounting and financial production of the HOA's that we manage; it streamlines and keeps all records in one software. This has enabled our management company to continue to grow and provide excellent financials for our clients.

Vantaca allowed us to combine multiple systems into one and is easy to use for all our departments. The ticketing and call center features allow our customer service and administrative team to easily look up homeowner requests and go directly to a homeowners-specific account to view the previous history. Vantaca is also constantly releasing new updates and features that we have inquired about and others have inquired about during Vantaca Vision Events. When we send in emails asking for support on features if it is something Vantaca is working on for a future implementation they will let you know.

We experience a difficult time utilizing the letter templates. What we upload for formatting and fonts doesn't usually translate when we run a step and more often than not we have to add some strange page breaks and paragraphs to get the document to print right. We are looking forward to any future updates that might happen for this as when we first started not having formattable text options in messages was an issue which has since been resolved.

From an Administrative stand point Vantaca has helped merge together different software we use to use for a portal system and ticketing/work order system. Being able to have only one login and software to update and upload to is a huge time saver and desktop saver as I dont have to flip between multiple screens. Vantaca also makes it easier to train new employees as we are only in one primary system and we are able to utilize Vantaca University for employees to get a broad overview before learning the steps we customized as a business.

It is a central hub of communication between owners and management companies and holds all records. This way, no one can say they deleted an email or lost a file because everything is stored here for years!

There are a lot of steps but it just adds to the quality control

Vantaca was my company's first conversion to a software that does it all. We have previously had to use 2-3 different programs for all of the services we need, but Vantaca was able to combine it all into a one stop shop. It is also great that the program is customizable.

The slow loading time for the home page/ dashboard. It can take quite some time to get through new messages.
