"Easy to use in-app messaging"

What do you like best about Userpilot?

- Easy to segment

- Templated message formats and user flows

- Preview capabilities are great

- Flexibility in design

- Intuitive notification designer

What do you dislike about Userpilot?

Like that they have different user flows (spotlight vs flow), but would be nice if you could intuitively connect them and search for all campaigns (regardless of type).

What problems is Userpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

A cost effective way to connect with users on feature announcements, product tours, highighting changes in the UI, etc.

It saves us time, where we (marketing) can build campaigns ourselves, as opposed to waiting for product developer time.

support, Comprehensiveness, and ease of use. Continuously rolling out new features.

What do you dislike about Userpilot?

Not easy to manage between the testing and production environment. But there's a feature for this coming out soon which we're looking forward to.

What problems is Userpilot solving and how is that benefiting you?

in-app communications and user onboarding. Makes it easy to deliver these experiences with few clicks while focusing more on planning.

In the initial stage, learning is involved which can be done by engaging dedicated customer success manager and reading knowledge base articles available on the website.

What do you like best about Userpilot?

It's very easy to create a survey, control NPS results and it doesn't require a high level of technichal background to get a lot from the product

Until now, i got no complains at all. Congrats!

Userpilot is a commendable tool, offering various strengths. One limitation, however, lies in its data analysis capability, particularly in the absence of features for combining company properties and user properties when trying to export data. Furthermore, while a new feature allowing the creation of Folders is beneficial, the platform could benefit from the addition of labels to differentiate between live and inactive flows. Despite these minor challenges, they are manageable and do not diminish the overall robustness and effectiveness of the platform.

"Excellent product with Customer Support you can count on"

What do you like best about Userpilot?

The interface is modern and easy to use with many efficiencies, such as themes, templates and duplicates options, to help create multiple variations of similar content.

Also, having had a terrible experience with another vendor, coming to UserPilot was a breathe of fresh air. I had become weary of digital adoption tools as a whole. My CSM has been extremely kind and patient with me from implementation through launching various experiences. Now, I look forward to incorporating digital adoption into my overall customer education strategy.

What do you dislike about Userpilot?

The learning curve can be a bit a challenging when dealing with multiple sites and dynamic pages. But it's nothing that can't be overcome.

Flexibility. We can do so many thing with userpilot. From start wizards to online sales process, everything is trackable and you feell that are in control of everything.

Although userpilot has a very nice and easy interface, some features require specific knowledge about development.
