What do you like best about UserJoy?

I must say that UserJoy has been easy to work with in the process of capturing simple website feedback. A smiley face interface is user friendly; I like that the system allows me to target specific page or part of it to feedback.

What do you dislike about UserJoy?

On the aspect of customization, it can be said that it is quite limited especially in the case of UserJoy. As much as I can select certain site pages as targets, I cannot customise the feedback pop-ups or analyse deeper into the user’s discontent.

What problems is UserJoy solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am sure there is a lot that UserJoy has assisted me in realizing in regard to people’s use of my website. The smiley face feedback gives a quick view of the manner in which the users are satisfied, while the target pages show areas that could be problematic.
