Significant boost in user interaction

What do you like best about UseItBetter?

I have applied it to find out where users dropped off in the critical funnels and make changes that can enhance completion. I appreciate the capabilities to track behavior and split audiences according to their behavior immensely.

What do you dislike about UseItBetter?

At various intervals, the reporting and the data visualization may feel chunky. If a project is focused on a certain user path, default reporting options can be rather inconvenient to build from scratch.
