Great product with TONS of value!

What do you like best about Updox?

How many things I can do with the product! I can do telehealth, fax, make PDF's!

What do you dislike about Updox?

I haven't found any. It could be easier but once you get the hang of it, its very nice!

Do it! I will be one of the best decisions you've made!

Great Experience with Updox

What do you like best about Updox?

Updox is best for giving unlimited cloud storage and fllexible functionality. We can easily send faxes and can be able to directly link to a patients.

What do you dislike about Updox?

The disike i have seen in Updox is we cannot identify incoming text due to random phone numbers.

What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Through Updox we can easily transfer reports to the patients charts, send faxes to specialists and also secure messages to portals. It is the best tool for us.

What do you like best about Updox?

Updox has great features like online consultation. Reminders, scale operation and many other features.

What do you dislike about Updox?

Updox should improve user AI and I can work without any errors or interruptions. Some features are delayed.

UpDocs is helping my team connect with my patients from anywhere in India and is very cost-effective too. I can do my work without any extra space, which saves me a lot of investment. It has features that help my team to connect with the patient at any time,easy to setup and we also get good ROI and good feedback. Quality support is too good to help me anytime.

What do you like best about Updox?

Updox is best for directly tranfer reports to patient charts, send faxes to specialists and it also secure the messages.

What do you dislike about Updox?

Sometimes it is not gets the incoming text messages and also not recognize the phone number.

What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you?

The major problem solving by Updox is we can easily transfer the reports to patients and also send the faxes. We can also do the video conferencing which is secure way to communicate with the patients.

What do you like best about Updox?

Updox is helping me expand my business online without any problem. It has great features and is easy to integrate. Great customer support.I would say online documentation is great initiative.

What do you dislike about Updox?

If I get some discount or budget friendly package then I will become a long term customer.

What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you?

I am running small medical consultations and this is helping me to interact with my patients easily. I can consult my patients anywhere, with great features like appointment reminders for better service and a better experience. Customer support is great, they help a lot if my team gets stuck or has any issues. Overall I have a great experience with Updox. I would say online documentation is great initiative.

Meets our small business needs for HIPPA compliant scheduling and sharing of info with patients

What do you like best about Updox?

Fax module allows our providers to securely send patient info to our schedulers who can then use UPDOX to organize our files

What do you dislike about Updox?

Secure texting of patients works without fault but requires the patient to jump through a few steps on their device which is confusing to non-tech savvy clients.

What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you?

We needed a way for providers to refer patients for follow-up appointments, sending information to our schedulers securely. Updox was the affordable answer.

Love Updox

What do you like best about Updox?

I love the user friendly feel, the ability to tag incoming faxes for easy organization, and the ability to print to Updox. It's a life saver at our clinic. It's also a nice way to save paper.

I can't think of a downside of Updox honestly.

Excellent Product

What do you like best about Updox?

We utilize the UpDox fax most often. It puts our incoming and out going faxes at our fingertips. It is also integrated to our EMR so uploading documets from other providers is a breeze.

What do you dislike about Updox?

There have been many challenges to mass texting, and it is sometimes hard to send information to everyone in our system all at once.

What problems is Updox solving and how is that benefiting you?

Ease in sending secure documentation to patients.
