I am really impressed with Unmetric’s interface

PROS: Unmetric provides us with in-depth analytics about our brand’s social targets. It helps us to figure out how to develop, curate and deliver the content for our target group. It can be really difficult to understand the competitive landscape and measure impact. The team behind this product is extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions and they are always ready to help us with some problems, they are always open to new suggestions and feedback.

CONS: I have seen that sometimes the systems has some performance gaps, but we immediately call for its support team in order to resolve the issue.

What are the best aspects of this product?

Unmetric provides us with in-depth analytics about our brand’s social targets. It helps us to figure out how to develop, curate and deliver the content for our target group. It can be really difficult to understand the competitive landscape and measure impact. The team behind this product is extremely knowledgeable and responsive to all our questions and they are always ready to help us with some problems, they are always open to new suggestions and feedback.

What aspects are problematic or could work better?

I have seen that sometimes the systems has some performance gaps, but we immediately call for its support team in order to resolve the issue.

What specific problems in your company were solved by this product?

It is great product for competitive landscape effectiveness evaluations on various social networks. It helps us with content optimization, basic customer evaluations, industry benchmarking, social campaigns, follower analysis and aspirational brand benchmarking.

Great tool for getting detailed analysis

PROS: With Unmetric we get a snapshot about the performance of our competitors. The tool is quick and easy and allows us to pull data from our strategies and analysis. This is by far one of the best social analytic tool I’ve ever used.

CONS: I thought that they don’t have solutions for detecting paid posts on both Twitter and Facebook, but I was wrong, they have recently released these options.

Unmetric is real tool for our social media marketers

PROS: Unmetric monitors activities of our brand and competitors’ pages. It provides us with industry benchmark so we can know how well or badly we are doing. This tool has its own engagement rate with some configurable formula and this is what makes the software so smooth and flexible. It offers multiple types of graphs that are very helpful for our team. We can easily export data and charts and use it for management reporting purposes. What I like most is the fact that the products constantly upgrades itself and the team behind it works hard to enhance their product.

CONS: It lacks picking out posts that are geo-targeted, otherwise we cannot get full picture of their social media activities when we need to make a comparison between our brand and competitors’. They could improve the colorization of the graphs.

What do you like best?

Unmetric gives our team at Zócalo Group the analytical intelligence to know what our brands’ social audiences are looking for, and how we can best develop, curate, and deliver that content for them. It's an ace in the hole for understanding the competitive landscape, and measuring impact. Beyond the impressive platform, the team at Unmetric is extremely responsive to questions, willing to help, and open to additional product/feature suggestion.

What do you dislike?

Very infrequently the team can face a slight system performance lag. However, when this does occur, the Unmetric team is responsive in communication with us and the issue is resolved very promptly.

Dive in. NOW.

Competitive landscape effectiveness evaluations across a variety of social channels including but not limited to Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, YouTube, Instagram, and LinkedIn. Content optimization. Basic customer service evaluations. Category/industry benchmarking, Aspirational brand benchmarking. Social campaign or events effectiveness. Basic follower/fan analysis.

What do you like best?

Unmetric provides a simple solution to get a snapshot of how our competition is performing in just minutes. The ease and speed at which our strategists and analysts are able to pull data is beyond any other social analytics tool we've used.

What do you dislike?

As social platforms continue to add paid content opportunities, an even deeper understanding of what content is paid would be helpful. From what I understand though, this is something they are actively improving.

UPDATE: Unmetric has recently released solutions for detecting paid posts on Twitter and Facebook.

What problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

Unmetric has provided valuable data around not only competitors but entire categories/industries that we would otherwise not have access to. This has helped us generate extremely thorough competitive reports for our clients allowing us to demonstrate success beyond our owned accounts. The tool has also provided in-depth content analysis for our own brands, sparking immediate optimization for content and community management.

What do you like best?

I have been using Unmetric for multiple clients when I was in an agency role. What I really liked about this program was that it gave me unparalleled information by combining the power or people and technology, which I could further use to embrace and lead today's conversation heavy Social Media environment.

What do you dislike?

What is there to dislike? I am very satisfied with this service and like I said it does give me the edge to place my brand over the competition

What do you like best?

The ease of use and the very fast response times from the guys at Unmetric with everyone of our requests

What do you dislike?

There isn't anything specific that I dislike. I would like to have support for campaign intelligence in Greek language but its not a deal breaker.

Go ahead with it. The guys on Unmetric are valuable collaborators for any business.

Ease of use in the tool and industry/ category benchmarks

What do you dislike?

Occasionally a core account is not currently in the tool. I would suggest that prospected users ask Unmetric first about specific properties to make sure there is data.

We look across competitive sets to identify social media performance for comparisons, white spaces, positioning, etc. This tool allows us to look at data in meaningful ways.

What do you like best?

Unmetric is very easy to us with minimal to no training, and provided my team and my client competitive insights that no other software company would be able to in the social space. We were able to analyze the data and realize things like our competitors chose to merge to a global page structure - which we could not have figured out manually. Unmetric's data also contributed to informing our recommendations for this year.

What do you dislike?

The pricing structure how the Uniq IDs expire.

A better understanding of our category and the competitor's efforts and how we should/will optimize our own (like response times).
