The power and flexibility of the system. We operate in a rapidly changing environment; where we have new data sources, new accounting structures, to deal with on an ongoing basis. Prevero allows us to adapt to this changing environment and gives us the flexibility to adapt our approach quickly, build new models and processes. The more you get to know the product the more you see its power and flexibility.

The road map and product development, there are a number of features coming that have exciting potential.

The Prevero team itself has been very supportive and responsive. Particularly to change requests for both bug fixes and new features. Key new feature requests have been delivered quickly.

Pretty powerful; can do a lot with it once things are set up correctly. Provides a familiar excel-like environment to the end user,.

Being a non-English language program first shows. For example there is no English help/documentation beyond workshop walkthroughs; Their support staff are helpful, but they have to be relied on too much.

Numerous bugs (some minor and some major) were found throughout our project. This made the implementation much tougher to develop than it otherwise needed to be.

Makes it easy to budget and keep financing organized.

A bit difficult to figure out at first.

Financing

The financial planning solution of Unit4 prevero helps us to replace our old Excel planning world. Our goal to get a Single Point of Truth is fulfilled. Furthermore we implemented a groupwide financial mindset with standardised calculation logic and plausibility checks.

Nothing, all essential targets were reached.

Missing planning transparency, inefficient tools and work intensive manual consolidations are things of the bast. Our financial planning is now state-of-the-art.

prevero p10 is a very easy-to-use BI tool. Particularly noteworthy is the "Self-Service BI". With minimal training effort and a bit of commitment, many things can be developed and implemented independently. In the almost 6 years since the implementation, there have been very few outages. And when there were problems, the prevero support was very accessible.

There is not much to say, as a solution has been found for every problem so far.

In this tool, the complete corporate planning as well as the reporting is represented. Everything from one system.

We use Unit4 Prevero as a central management, planning and reporting tool for all companies (in total 15). Via Unit4 Prevero, the companies are planned decentralized and reloaded and updated over the night via a daily automated interface to SAP/ERP. This means that current information is available to employees for analysis and reporting at all times.

he project work on the introduction meant a high discipline to achieve the goals that should be achieved with the introduction of UNIT4 Prevero.

Due to the introduction of UNIT4 Prevero, many Excel files fell away in the process and duplication could be reduced. Overall, the process effectiveness increased significantly and the data quality and data up to date.

From the point of view of an power-user and/or administrator it is very easy to supply forms or templates to the "untrained" end-user. So one can rely to have exact and true data within all the reports and graphs. Powerusers (who take care of many administrator-related issues) come from our operational (Controlling)-department ... so they know about the needs of the endusers and can provide easily what they require. Unit4prevero comes with some very special, outstanding and helpful graphical capabilities we still can not find in any other BI-Tool.

In some cases you may need time-dependent hierarchies; for the time beeing this has to be solved with a work-around as time-dependent hierarchies are not provided so far. - But it will be included in releases of the near future.

When starting a project with Unit4-prevero, make sure that those people who later shall be power-users or admin for the daily-business are deeply involved in DOING things during the implementation-phase. I consider it very important to have them hands-on on very task that has to be solved.

We created a complete value-driver-based strategic and integtrated operational planning system; This enabled us to cut the process of strategic planning short from almost 8 Months to a couple of weeks. In addition we use it for our group-reporting. In this topic we displaced a very complex and horrible system of interconnected Excel-Sheets. Now we can face our quarterly reporting-process without fear.

prevero 10.5. is very intuitive and flexible. We are running the software without help of IT in a cloud. World wide access is easy via internet, at the headquarters we use a local installation. No need to know any programming language. Interface programming or better modelling of the software is done by ourselves, controlling department. My young team did not have any IT experience before, But after two days training on the job and the capability of logical thinking and some kind of IT affinity, any improvements, renewals or changes are done fast and non-bureaucratic by themselves.

Another important positive aspect is the connectivity to different softwares, like e.g. SAP we also have in use.

In fact they do not have any moduls like you might know from other softwares. You start on a greenfield, talking about financial issues, so you must know what you want in the beginning. That is the source of the flexibility.

Sometimes you have to pay attention to the technical turn of the year. Some formulars of some cubes need some special care.

The stability of the software is very good, We barely had more than 1 or 2 downtimes a year since 2013, which where mostly due to errors being made while updating for example (we are not using a test environment).

With the introduction of Prevero many manual reports (made in excel) have become obsolete which saved a lot of time in our department.

Besides that the software is really easy to use and we added many new projects into it without needing a consultant!

Due to the good usability and layout of reports the acceptance in our company is also very high.

The Unit4 FP&A tool has improved how our budget holders and senior leaders view and engage with budget monitoring, leading to improved strategic financial decision making.

The Unit4 FP&A user interface is clean and intuitive, ensuring it easy for colleagues to use and enter information into.

Further work is needed to develop the Unit4 FP&A tool as a public sector budget setting tool, given the complexities of how we produce our Financial Strategy and associated budget.
