As simple as a great service can be!
What do you like best about UltraDNS?
We've been using UltraDNS since ages now and we never had any major issue. Stability is definitely wat I like the most.
What do you dislike about UltraDNS?
The admin interface has been the very same for the last few years, might be time for a more modern aproach?

Happy Customer w/8+ years of UltraDNS service
What do you like best about UltraDNS?
My account manager's personal touch and the the product support at UltraDNS is great.
What do you dislike about UltraDNS?
When we first engaged, we did have some bandwith (DDoS) issues (8+ years ago), but Neustar's team upgraded their pipeline and it hasn't been an issue again.
Recommendations to others considering UltraDNS?
Take advantage of Neustar's support resource and your account team, they are there to help you get the most out of their products.
What problems is UltraDNS solving and how is that benefiting you?
We solved automated site failover for our hosted production environments between multiple physical locations using Sitebacker and Directional DNS records. They also helped us with canary deployments using traffic controller.

Easy Configuration with UltraDNS
What do you like best about UltraDNS?
The most helpful things about DNS are the incredibly responsive customer support and the ease of installation.
What do you dislike about UltraDNS?
The downside of DNS is that they can be way too pricey and once I heard another friend of mine at another company found out that they were upgraded without even being warned beforehand.
Recommendations to others considering UltraDNS?
If you want the best of the best with all the bells and whistles, I'd highly recommend this product.
What problems is UltraDNS solving and how is that benefiting you?
Business problems being solved by UltraDNS are that they utilize IP Anycast which is essential. They also help with monitoring and failover between data centers, weight load balancing and Geo IP. I really appreciate the ddos mitigation and various other security systems.

Ease of adding and modifying entries for DNS. Makes it simple to update and add new domains, setting up various records.
What do you dislike about UltraDNS?
Would like some way to customize the dashboard. Would like an easy way to report on all the domains and records that are associated with each one.

Easy platform for DNS administration. Appreciate the 2 factor authentication options. Have had great support when needed to contact them.
