What do you like best about Trustpilot?Trustpilot, according to me, has more reliable reviews than other review sites that I have visited. With their wide variety of companies and services, and is a go-to for making decisions on going to an unknown establishment for dinner, or using a mechanic that a friend recommended. The interface is easy to navigate and there is a blog section that informs visitors of trends and gives guidance on how to write reviews. Not only is it useful for the end-user but businesses get to see how their products and services they put into the market are received by their customers/client, giving them the opportunity to respond to the review - facilitating a channel to resolve instances where a product failed or a client isn't entirely satisfied. This enables better product development, increases service levels, and also gives Joe Public a voice against the Corporation, keeping Big Business accountable and responsible. Trustpilot gives me the confidence I need to try new things.What do you dislike about Trustpilot?I generally actually like the site, and there isn't really anything that negatively stands out to me. Simple onboarding procedure is one of its greatest advantages; no support or assistance is needed for the verification process.
