I like that true allows you to generate super fast Employment verification letters and income verification without having to draft a long legal document that takes forever and is often times just general, with TrueWorks it is trusted and never questioned.

It is sometimes to generic so some things you have to change on the letters or drafts

If you are looking for a product or software that can help you help others and allow you to spend time on things that matter, you should try TrueWorks, Like I said, it shortens the time that you would have to usually put in just to fulfill something so simple.

It allowed me to be able to give easy and quick verification letters to Employee's who were not on continuous payroll and or independent contractors, a quick push of an button and it is done, no long periods of waiting and no documents to have to do yourself, it comes pre-ready.

Being in Human Resources, I handle many verification of employment requests. We have used the worknumber but have encountered many issues with them so most of them are now written forms that take long to print and scan back or over the phone which require an ID number and usually are automated with wait times or you can not hear the people well so they take a very long time. TrueWork was the fast way to complete these.

I have no dislikes so far. I think they are the most efficient for VOE's.

if you need a system for VOE's in your HR Department, this is the software to use. Other VOE systems are way more tedious and take up so much time/ need resources you may not have (such as printer/scanner) which can make them take way more time to fill out. This software is the best for your client's experience.

No mishearing of an ID number to get the correct verification, no wait time waiting for representatives to assist me, no need access to printer/scanner to print these out and mail them back. It was easy to fill out over the computer and is sent to them right away making the client not have to wait on us for these to be filled out (they usually need this info right away for home loans, etc.

Truework is consistent, easy to use and easy to explain lenders.

Have not found a downside to using Trueworks yet.

I thought this was going to take a lot of time out of my day to use. It was so easy and well put together, I glided through the questions and information. Being in HR I have used this kind of sites before and this one is definitely the best I've used yet. I would recommend it to a co-worker or a friend.

Nothing really, creating a password was giving me a hard time but other then that it was extremely useful

I was doing employee verification information which is something I do a lot at work.

As an HR Manager, I complete a lot of VOEs for employees. This can be really time-consuming when mortgage companies require you to print and scan or even fax documents to them. Truework makes the process fast and seamless!

I would only like to be able to see old VOEs once they have been completed on behalf of another company. Having access to them after they have been completed would be helpful.

Saving time and working more efficiently.

What I like best is that everything is done via the internet instead having to complete paper copies.

There is nothing with Truework that I do not like at this point.

It's a great tool and a time saver. Defintely recommend.

Very easy to input all of the information needed for the verification.

I don't think any changes are needed, and it was very easy to use.

I haven't had any business problems. We are being sent different links to fill out employment verifications.

Truework provided a very simple and fast verification of employment.

There isn't anything I would recommend to improve.

As said before, I appreciated the simplicity and speed to complete the process.
