Reliable pay stub viewer
What do you like best about TruBridge?
Very easy to access pay stubs and annual documents. Keeps records of every pay stub and offers PDF viewing and printing.
What do you dislike about TruBridge?
To create a password you are not able to use symbols. I feel this could potentially make account security weak.
Recommendations to others considering TruBridge?
Very easy to use. Access to all of your pay stubs even the day before your pay date. Annual forms such as W2 is available also on this site.
What problems is TruBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having pay stubs in one place. Allowing access to employees to view anytime anywhere. Letting employees have access to their pay stubs the day before.

Pleasant but inefficient.
What do you like best about TruBridge?
In working with TruBridge, I have found that individual people are extremely helpful and compassionate. However, inefficiencies lie in the lack of utilizing available technology and information.
What do you dislike about TruBridge?
There have been times in which the team has requested information, all of which should be readily available in a concise report, and have been told that this is not possible. It has taken multiple outreaches in order for the data to be provided.
What problems is TruBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?
TruBridge has been helpful in allowing for enrollments to be automated and processed as a batch rather than individually. This has been very helpful in easing the minds of enrollees and their families.

I like that the claims can be corrected in real time & you have control over your claims to follow up on
What do you dislike about TruBridge?
I dislike the fact that a;ot of claims go into an error status when they are not errors. This is frustrating
